Tommy - If correspondence with Stacey is accurate suggestion is Strive is awaiting FDA approval and looking to enrol patients on their first agent early September. Funding already sorted.

As for AGM at the time I provided an opinion on timescales which you repeatedly attacked. Your timelines have softened as August end approaches you’ve even switched tack from Strive to suggesting opportunities may arise elsewhere first. But you gloss over this.

I have plenty of little observations from the AGM am I bothered to share them here in a hurry probably not. Whilst open debate is continually smothered by both sides it’s pointless.

I don’t know anything of immediate significance to SNG anyway. I can tell you why Octopus upped their stake recently though but it goes against the grain of your theory that the board doesn’t adjust their strategy to listen to share holders.

Perhaps mani would like to read their corporate governance section specifically principal 1 and principal 2.

SNG clearly describe bi annual feedback loops whereby mutual alignment takes place between the company and the shareholders.

In response to your question donI think polygon are running SNG. They’ve already made 2 changes to the way the company is run that are in plain sight for everyone to see I’ll leave you to work them out. They are not running the company but the company has aligned themselves somewhat to market expectations.

Manifesto - I think you are the deluded one unfortunately and are showing your naivety.

A huge part of the NED’s and Chairman’s role is to align the CEO with the expectation of the market.

There are hundreds of examples where listed companies are aligning their strategies to match investor interests.
