Tomozulu - If this crisis has taught countries anything it's that they need better funding in diagnostics. The playing field longer term will get more competitive for Primer Design, they have a good track record at being first movers there's no denying that.

One thing this crisis has done is injected a huge amount of funding into the industry and some really revolutionary technology is coming to the forefront. Medicine which is often resistant to change is being force to really embrace new tech.

Its great to see Primer coming out with exsig as this could be a good money spinner for them.

Everything else to date that they have done is repeatable by other companies albeit the others where slow off the mark.

Do I see Primer as a big player in the future I think it will still be one of many medium sized companies in a better funded industry moving forward.

I'm surprised that so many people here still think they can price a company better than the markets.

Fantastic set of results today and the future is very bright here but the market is on the fence about whether the market cap is justified.

C19 has been transformative for the company, they now have a lot of cash to inject into R&D to develop new products to tackle the next problems that the world will face.

I can see a flood of new tests hitting the markets over the next few months, with some equally as good as the Gold Standard of NCYT and Roche.

NCYT's output will increase but there will come a point that supply will match demand and then prices drop as the scene becomes more competitive.

Lots of benefits here but also some reality starting to bite.

AntiCovir is an inhaled formulation of interferon alpha 2b, I would have thought positive news increases the chance of positive news for us.

It's patented as well so will probably be comparable on price.

Nolupus - no one is arguing that they are wishing a vaccine is not discovered.

We are just being realistic on time frames. Rushing a vaccine could be dangerous these things take time to be done right worst thing to happen would be an ineffective vaccine distributed globally which kickstarts the whole saga because everyone came out of lockdown on false hope.

Like it or not this situation or new normal will be with us into next year most likely.

Finally to answer your previous question on what drugs are used as the Standard of Care at Southampton and Oxford.

Pain relief if required, first port of call paracetamol
If a secondary infection is suspected they will be on antibiotics
Sedatives if respiratory support is required

So for the case of our trial Paracetemol and Possibly Antibiotics.

They might have that timeline but I doubt the public does and the public perception is important when vaccines are involved.

If i'm sick I want a drug that works and might be more willing to take a chance on a new drug.

If i'm not yet sick i'm not going to inject myself with a very new vaccine that's been rushed through i'm probably going to wait for a few more million volunteers to test it first.

LP - I think you would be hard pushed to close the trial early with only 50 patients receiving the actual drug. As we have been reminded Data is King and this would extend to quantity as well as quality.

Extending to at home is brilliant as we will get a second data set looking at a different infection time frame.

I have more liquidity available next week I hope selfishly we are still in this range come then.
