If you look at the trades some are 24hours delayed so actually happened during trading yesterday. Consensus is these are Landsdowne reducing I and others have been rotting these up for the past week or so and as we suspected we have had several TR1’s showing that they are indeed reducing.

We recon that Lansdowne have a target to reduce to 10% this figure by my numbers was reduced today. I expect a TR1 Wednesday to this effect.

Hopefully they are now done and will hold the remaining 10% through results.

The 2x1mil buys are a different story this looks like someone taking a position.

There is a theory that someone is also building a large stake here masked by Lansdowne offloading so we might get a TR1 to that effect at some point also.

As always this is speculation but some of it has been proven by the TR1’s already released.

ShareSting - Yes I peg them close to 10% lets hope we open Monday in a different manner than we have been all week.

Nolupus - I see a 45% loss since the share holders realised their Covid play will take years to get into trials.

We are on the verge of having concrete data either way.

The risk of course to the LTH is dilution especially in a cash burning loss making stock. It's not as simple as buy low and sit for a long time. This can also be viewed as a loss of profit as you describe it.

GDR are at a transition point and will soon hopefully have a core set of products which will generate significant revenues to support other activities.

It is an exciting time for them.

Read up on the history of Asthma and COPD. There is also a 20% stake in LOXL2 with pharmaxis.

What Covid-19 has done is drastically reduced the time to market for this drug.

Vey much doubt shorters are burning this rise is caused by them closing. I repeat do not get sucked in!

Very much an opportunity to get out not get sucked in.

Always worth having a core holding of both GSK and AZN in ones portfolio, this crisis has only reinforced this view IMO.

bigbench - I can get behind that statement the directors have done nothing wrong here if their cash runway was a little longer they might have been able to get the good news out with enough time to fix the placing at a slightly higher price.

Fact is it wasn't and they got a good price for the company at that time.

They are also not obliged to hand out broker options granted there are not many and it will be hard to get them but they could have not bothered.

The fact of the matter is they are now funded to exploit the hard work that they have put in to all the R&D and are on the cusp of selling a lucrative test in conjunction with a major player.

And before I get accused of having an agenda or de-ramping that was my last post on the topic.

I do want GDR to succeed it was a good share for me, and may well be again if the opportunity gets too good to pass up.

bigbench - both play a vital role if you don't get liquidity on the way up the way back down is steep and painful even if short lived.

As I said Investors with a long term viewpoint will do well here, but so will those waiting on the sidelines short term.

Saint-Tropez - I agree with the majority of your post it was really good until the last statement.

Many people here are invested from very low entry points and are sitting on massive gains.
With the placement news they had two choices take a long term view 3months+ in which case this placement window is unlikely to effect them. I believe this is your view.

Take a shorter term view and realise gains perhaps look to buy in near term. Many have done this and it is working out well for them too.

I got out at £1.70 before the spike and placement news because I was happy with my lot.

If this retraces further I will be back in because the opportunity is too good to miss. I've also requested lots of 80p shares although I doubt I will get many at all.

Good luck with your investment if you are truly long term it matters not what the short term investors do today or tomorrow, GDR are now fully funded.

Safy - Have to disagree with you there. Rampers and De-Rampers have the effect of ****ing off the long term investors, loose the inexperienced money but have a minimal effect on the share price.

Lansdowne and Others have shifted 20%+ of the company shares in a month the effect on the share price is clear to see but also surprisingly small.

Dosage period for a patient is max 14days then there is 14days of follow up. Once all 100patients are in follow up I expect the data will be handed over for analysis.

But it could be once they are out of follow-up not sure on that.

The data will be thoroughly analysed Richard has said it will be available end of June.
