Anyone had a response from the Share Centre on the broker options yet? I'm awaiting a call back from corporate actions dept.

They released an announcement for the first dosage on the hospital trial, as always just speculation.

I think expectation is:

1. RNS First Patient Dosed in at home trials
2. RNS 100 Patients recruited for hospital trials

Perhaps the two will coincide and be released as one RNS

I was lucky enough to receive heavily discounted share options in the company I work for. When we chose to exercise and sell of some of these options our company broker would do a book build and shift the entire lump of shares from various parties to a single buyer offline from the market. I'm wondering if this is a similar kind of trade a collection of placing shares going to one buyer.

We where advised to offload our shares in that manner as to not effect the share price heavily by drip feeding lots of small sells into the market.

ShareSting - Yes I’ve totted up the volume from the past few weeks and on reflection it’s reasonable to think that there are still a few of the 40mil placing shares left.

Lansdowne have been fairly prompt with their TR1’s too it’s reassuring if they have only sold their placing shares and not their core holding.

It’s unlikely that us PI’s have churned the full 40mil placing shares so there is a buyer lurking somewhere.

ShareSting - in your opinion is the seller still Lansdowne or remainder of placing shares?

Agree At Home is not being talked about yet but I’m sure once it starts it will get the news it deserves

The costs this pandemic are saving for Synairgen to get this drug through trials must be huge.

Without this pandemic it would have been years to get this through for just COPD.

It’s not a rights issue so it doesn’t matter how many shares you currently own indeed you don’t have to own any.

Sure it will be massively oversubscribed so you will get a small fraction of what you ask for.
