Deal3r- You might be able to clear something up for me. I’ve always found the UT a tad confusing does a UT below the spread mean that there where more outstanding sells than buys and to balance the books the price had to go lower?

My Predictions re news flow.

- TR1 Lansdowne reduces further this week.

- At home trial first patient before end of May.

- 1st week of June Hospital trial closed last patient out of follow up.

- Hospital trial results end of June.

Also be careful some of those trades actually happened on Friday and not in trading today.

Yes they would so do not be surprised to see another TR1 later this week looks like they may not be done yet although the rate seems to have dropped.

Ethio - I don't follow your logic number of shares in issue is not important what is important is the dilutive effect of the number of shares being added. If the number being added is small relative to the number of shares in issue then it is likely to have very little effect.

Notnow - Do you think the end of the trial will be the last visit of the last patient, which could be as early as this week.

Or a thought that has just occurred to me could it be once the last patient has finished follow up, which would add a further 2weeks?

£18k could be a lot for them. Director buys are rarely anything other than a positive sign.

I think most are expecting an RNS for the Last Patient Last Visit once that drops it sets the timer ticking. If the price is going to move it will be after that announcement I think there will be a 2-3week window from that RNS to the results.

MassiveRay - I work for an AIM listed company and the amount of time we dip in and out of close periods is very frustrating. I have to ask for permission every time I trade since I am privy to an awful lot of insider info I have never been allowed to trade within a week of an impending RNS perhaps our legal secretary is too cautious.

The directors buys are a great sign of confidence and will help drive this North. I’m just cautious about seeing another RNS this week. My feeling is they would have had to revers their order of the trades if news was that close.

MassiveRay - I’m just asking for clarity on the rules.

My understanding is they couldn’t buy earlier than the 15th since the results RNS contained information that would have been market sensitive so would be in a close period.

The last RNS effectively exited them from this close period.

I’d like to know what the rules are re timing of RNS window and close periods.

The RNS today says to me they will not be able to release another this week. I’d like to know what the rule is specifically because this would help everyone here to know when to expect the next RNS window.

Not being annoying just trying to help people know what to expect.

I guess that means no more price sensitive information being release for a while since they would be insiders and in a close period if that’s the case.

Not sure what the windows is but maybe 2weeks?
