i missed out on buying this one about this tie last year. At the time i was hoping to get in at 400p but it just continued on its upward trend. It still looks a good buy - but i am holding back as i can't see any real plans to deal with the massive pensions deficit. Feel that may have an impact on dividends in coming years - only my opinion

good see to a nice bounce today - i like this company - my only concern is a considerable size of the pension deficit - be comforting to receive news on how it is going to be tackled

Not sure that the size of debt will be a great play on share price - am guessing it was used to fund the subfloor acquisition. Thought interims were positive. Only downside I could see for the men's was reduction in gross margins. Surely a l t h.

Got out at 902p on the 16th Aug. Was going to buy back in at 800p. But now we are here am a little nervous - maybe wait till the end of Sept and see how things have set down

I am a holder of a few shares here. Does anyone know the actual delayed date for the March 2016 financials. I feel that that the board of Sgi is too silent. Not sure this is that helpful. News whether good or bad should be shared. At least it gives you some confidence that there is direction at the top. I appreciate it has been a difficult 18 months or so for the board and I am sure many decisions have been taken. I just feel a more open approach would be beneficial

I have been watching this share for a few months now. It was keeping within the 40 - 44 p range. The Majority of rental space is leased to quality co's on long leases and it returns good dividends. I bought in on Wed when the price dropped prob due to the r n s this week. - feel this one is a good lth

Purchased 5550000 shares @ 128p on Monday - and reports say ATM announcement that co. Is to move to quarterly divs - pleased to have got in at 102p earlier this year. Am in for the long run as a strong income share

would expect slow upward progress during the rest of 2016. Good Div at 5% and PE ratio of just over 10 - a solid income share
