it was a good price for me Mick - Does free up money for other opportunities on my watchlist. Over the last few months i have hesitated on a number price rises only to see the rise fall away over the following few days. I have done well out of this one - and would buy back, at a lower price. A profit is a profit, got too many other shares in my bottom drawer at the moment, waiting for turnarounds.. GLA

Have held these since may 2015. Got in at 1.14 and out this morning at 1.69. with the divs over the time period that's a nice little profit. It may go higher on the news so Gla. For me I am pleased to sell on the potential merger. Would definitely buy back in if the price drops back down to the mid 1.30's.

Whilst dropping out of the FTSE 100 is not ideal - i wouldn't be too concerned about it. I recall buying into MGGT in Oct 2015 on a retraction in its SP. Then 2 months later in early Dec 2015 it was relegated to the FTSE 250, and i remember thinking maybe I had made a big mistake - but not so - since then its done rather well for itself - I am up 30% in the 2years + divis. One of my better recent performers. I personally don't agree with the lack of sentiment for BAB at the moment. Profitable, strong Div, large pre- order book for the next 2 years. It seems that brokers and MM's are looking at any opportunities to de value shares at the moment on any sign of weakness in their eyes - (GSK / HIK / CNA / BT / BAB / UU / NG / MKS / VM ) - Stay firm enjoy the divs and buy on the dips. GLA

Looks like I may miss out on my top up target price of sub 37p - should have jumped in for more shares last week - hey ho.

Another director buy announced today - they seem to be loading up.

Looks like the drop could be due to Credit Suisse down grade to �3.25 - as far as i can see its that brokers first punt at this one - looks like they have an agenda - don't see it showing on LSE but its showing on the H&L website. Any thoughts?

Got between now and the end of November to top up some more with this one - in order to pick up the div too. - imo anything below 37p represents good value - am aiming to increase this to 5% of my portfolio. Any thoughts would be welcome.

Am very pleased with the results. Am in here for the div which at 2.6p based on say a 37p share price gives me 7%. I re invest and continue to build up my holding. I like the average length of leases overall and am happy to retain in my portfolio for prob the next 5 years, am comfortable with this share operating in the 37 -40p range. Even at 40p the present div of 2.6p gives a return of 6.5%. this is an income share I guess as opposed to a growth share but if say one held 20k in this one it would return �1400 pa grossed up and reinvested over 5 years is to me a strong play for those medium to long term holders - limo - gla

Am hoping for a steady set of figures and strong final div. Think the lack of comments on this BB speak for themselves - steady income share with no real drama's. GLA

Hi Pearls - am in deeper than i wanted however but less than 1% of my overall portfolio, with the AGM not long away its sit and wait for me, any good news will be welcomed.

I have averaged down on this one over recent weeks - have more invested than I would really wish. I would half holding at 10p am ever hopeful. 7.5% spread is a pain.

I have been in this one for 2 years now and have topped up a couple times, with an average around 23p. News over the last 6 weeks has been very encouraging, am hopeful of hitting my break even soon and then onwards and upwards imo.

from RDI website - uk retail weighted average lease length is 8.8 yrs and UK commercial weighted average lease length is 6.1 yrs.

Nice little div into my isa stock and share account today - I am sitting at 4% + pa on these.

RDI seems to remain under the radar - i have been in this one for about a year now - great little div earner.

I bought in at £1.02 - now with the quarterly div - this is my biggest income earner - div wise - long may it continue - solid trading co.

Yes I agree good set of year end figures with slight last quarter downside. But housing shortages in the UK and with kitchens and bathrooms being re placed on average every 15 years tiles will always be required. A steal to me at just over £1.00 had to buy

How do we view the latest RNs - 5- 8 m charge - was hoping to see 200p and upwards but am concerned for the short term. Not sure how and when debt will be tackled. Hope it won't impact on future dividends. Does anyone have a view on this bb

This one is very volatile up and down by 3 -5 %. Good for day traders - debt is still a concern. By end of Oct it could be £7 or £11 - good luck to those who get it right
