RE: Takeover Rules18 Aug 2018 17:44
jamesjohn - yes it does take differing views.
t looks to me that the bull rise petered out at 1.2p to buy, yesterday morning, which is 3x the level paid by those that bought in at 0.4p and still hold.
since then its drifted back.so some gains have been given back.
there have been some blue sky prices quoted for a buy out,but CH has placed all his cards on the table if the co. can stretch things out a bit, and revenues from pg 10 don't drop even further it may make it till xmas.
i suspect AST is running on fumes so it may be earlier than that. heavens knows where AST would be without the £1.5m placing last oct, i dread to think.
the result of that placing was that shareholders locked CH out of another raise of funds, as things stand.
i don't see why any possible suitor would be in any rush to buy.
the year high sp falls dramatically from end oct onwards.
don't see that CH has any more cards to play. he needs the permits and then has to see if an offer is made.
this is not a three bed semi on homes under the hammer. i would not be expecting loads of offers, in tbe end zCH may be left with hobson's choice.
if no news next week, i see red days.
btw would you buy more at 1.2p ?
