danielh, well I suppose there is nothing stopping them changing they way they charge for its service but its been free for the last few years or so. The one caveat is that it takes time to transfer ISA's, months sometimes, in which you loose access to the funds or the ability to trade them. Not great if you have to sell or there is a market crash/rise you want to trade into or out of. I don't know why, in this digital day and age it cant be done much simpler and quicker, oh and without exit penalties. Surely if you are good enought, people will want to stay with you anyway.
