Facts are, there seems to be a lot of HCs down there, but no one can get it to flow, and it's worth sweet FA in the ground. If it ever doews flow, it's gonna nee lots of stimulation, meaning, cost and delay, just for testing.

So we are a long way from proving a viable LT performing, producing reservoir, with no guarantee we will ever get there. This in the face of ever growing opposition to HC developments, ; this was always a race to get WN in place b4 green politics stopped it.

Nearer term, despite RBD's claimed "robust financial position", time and extra work = cost, so cash will be needed soon, if not b4 Xmas then ceertainly in early 2022.

Amazed SP hasn't fallen further this am. Just 4 clarity, I exite here a while back, and b4 the "deramp" crew start shouting, I have no intention of buying back.

It has fallen agin bcos mkt is not convinced on the cash runway ; ie, will cash from licencing come in in time to avoid another raise?
The last raise was supposed to be the last, until the hprc RP trial was interrupted and delayed.

So it is now, imho, a straigt gamble in the ST whether it flis on a deal or falls on a raise. LT looks good, but as always investors need to ask about cash.

Crucially, tho, delay takes us perilously close to needing more cash if significant partnering revenue isn't forthcoming in Q1. From the Placing RNS in Nov 20 "· The net proceeds of the Placing and Subscription, together with the Company's existing cash resources are expected, in the opinion of the Directors, to extend its cash runway for at least the period of 18 months following the date of Admission"

bcos it is ja tomorrow ; cash -ve, and scaling up. Classic definition of speculative,..i mean no offence, but if you don't know that perhaps you should assess carefully your views on stocks

Let's remember there was a brief smoky flare when this was first tested, then suspended as kit was unsuitable for liquids. No one knows if that flow was sustainable. When there is continuous flare lighting up the night sky, then things get serious.

Interest will return here very qickly now, imho. SL opened up, CMET back on the PR trail, work restarting on the ground, and hopefully EIA inbound shortly. Barring a macro meltdown, not hard to see 15 or even 20p by end month

OC it will go thru on appeal. And, OC, in the longer term the Victory FDP will add value.

But in the here and now, both are irrelevant, have little or no value, either to co liquidity or to SP.

The current issues are 1. Will the well flow, and how well, oil or gas? 2. cash. Somewhat dependent on 1., as a stonker there will make raising relatively simple. If not......

There is no value in an FDP. There is value in revenue. And long b4 then, RBD will be out of cash. THAT's the problem.

Spot on. Councillors often override such sensible advice from prof officers and reject to curry electoral favour, even tho they know it will cost taxpayers £000,000s in costs and be overturned on appeal.

This was entirely predictable, and to be expected, and has little or no bearing on prospects here, at least in itself. Some limited relenace, perhaps, in that any delay will mean any posible work taking place in an increasdingly anti O&G background.

But a distraction, really, from the real issue ; IS THE WELL GOING TO FLOW?

If this doesn't flow like stink, a raise at 0.1p will look like a good price. OC, if it does, 100% gain..mb. But even that mb held back by the certainty of a raise not far off.

Perhaps tho the slight grade difference is not that important ; key thing is SFR commitment to develop, and the economics are sound .

OC it's guesswork. We're all in the dark, which is why we are all here speculating and trying to find read across, etc. Nowhere have I claimed to be " informed" , but if you think anything I say is factually incorrect just say so, and why.

Las time i looked, RBd had no interest in wressle. Why should it have any effect on RBD SP?

Yes, there is something in what you say ; but there is no compulsion on UJO to do the deal; If the timing doesn't suit, they can play hardball and risk losing it ; or they can assess the balance of SP risk and raise now,.

That they have chosen the latter does not sit well with me, tho that is largely a matter 4 UJO holders. But there is an indirect read across, i that it does not display the sort of huge confidence in WN that DB effuses publicly.
