Really? Well, that may be your perception. I would say you, and others, take a view of the risk that is optimistic. It mb right, it may not.

The fact is, as I continually point out, the risk is unquantifiable, and unknowable. You can take all your points above, and if people we don't know, in postions of inluence we may not know exist, see a way of grabbing some revenue, they might do so.

WE DON'T KNOW. And no, this is not simply part of mining risk, part of Africa risk, blah, blah......Osun state has made allegations and they are under consideration by sa Federal Cttee. Until we know the outcome of that, the risk is both unknown AND unquantifiable (remember the env allegations run to $Bs).

It may come to nothing, it may not. You continually present these things as done deals, good contacts, relationships, etc......as if there is no risk at all, or that it's just part on investing. It's not. It's gambling on a favourable outcome of the investigation.

Yes, I know you think the risk minimal, based on statements from Segun, Nigerian authorities, mining law, etc. Fair enough.

And you know I think relying on that is unwise, given that a Federal Cttee is casting it's eyes over THX at a time it is minting cash ; no politician ever lost votes by extracting money from a cash rich miner. But who knows, mb for once, LT interests will prevail over ST cash grab, tho that is rarely the human condition.

C'mon, we all know why it's undervalued on any financial metric, there's no point bleating on about it.

And we all know there's an elephant in the room which means it is absolutely NOT a " guaranteed home run".

How can posters talk about it being "still high risk" and in the same breath it's "just a game of patience" ? It can't be both.

It's a v interesting share that COULD, imho, bag or more over a few days IF the elephant leaves the room without dumping all over it.

I AM still +ve here, but talk of "golden tickets" is a phrase that should chill the blood of sensible investors.

We don't know either the chances of the elephant leaving us unmolested, nor the quantum of dumping that could happen if it does not.
