NTA. Westminster City Council have finally granted planning consent at 75-89 Lancaster Gate, fronting Hyde Park, for the development of 92 appartments on 193k sq ft of freehold. Development is a collaberation with Minerva, the site cost £67.2 Millions in july 06. All recent sp weakness will be recouped and more.

NTA. Talks of possible takeover terminated . Wait for the next round.

DCD. Has said its distribution unit NBD TV recorded its highest-ever sales at the world's biggest tv market, MIP TV market in Cannes. Box TV projects including Sweeny Todd et al (being acquired by BBC America), The Last Enemy completes production June 7th. Sales expectations have been revised upwards.

QTA. A Company spokesperson declares that QTA is performing ahead of expectations. Medium to long term stronger numbers pencilled in.

AUG. Directors, even the Fince ones and non-execs are upping the ante by buying further shares. I believe those buys to give a fair indication of future prospects and sp direction.

SVE. Following the scheme of arrangement between African Platinum plc, of which SVE has a stake of 8.25mns shares, by Impala Platinum Holdings. SVE will receive £4.54Mns. This is £1.3Mns above previous as 30th March. NAV will then be 40.96p/share. Seriously undervalued.

CFE. Franchise signed to cover the territory of the Channel Islands as announced today.

SORL. A potential oil find has been discovered after recent drilling. RNS today gives specifications and details of find.

RDS. Hi trying. With you on the case they do not stand a chance. admin is always vigilent.

ECK. The expanded contract with Parcelforce is a boost to this otherwise shell shocked share. Hopefully the previous bad press can be put behind it and move forward.

CPNR.Hi lee123. Not really clear where your entry point was but if it was Mar 06 then you have clearly doubled your investment, why not sell half of holding and lock in original cost and run rest for profit. There is more upside clearly judging the interest here. But if you are uncertain sell all your stock and doubled your investment, or run all your holding and possibly gain more but you run the risk of losing your gain so far, the prospects of a takeout are there but no guarantees.

RDS. Make no mistake the new fertile ground is fair game but don't mess on my turf. 12.39ers are p[rimed and ready.

RDS. COP a load of it old CHaPs the gurus are back telling us not to invest in potentially up and coming stocks and think they have been around longer than the market and obviously have carnel future knowledge, a new stock of prey makes great feeding ground, do not fall under their spell. 12.39ers at the ready as always.

PBTY. Showing signs of a movement upwards in sp later today.

BGX. Directors including Finance Director have been quietly transferring shares into their pension funds. This is a rival composting outfit rival to TEG.

CRC. Judging by the heavy volume buying recently, it would seem that this share will reward those investers that sold early Dec 06 locking in previous profits, locking out downturn, and came back in late Jan 07. Plenty of confident buying going on.

LNG. Section 100 Companies Act 1985 does prevent the issue of shares at a diacount to their nominal value. If the market value of a company's share is lower than their nominal value, a further issue of shares is impossible: you cannot realistically expect investors to subscribe new shares at a price higher than investors can currently buy them in the market. One solution is to reduce share capital by reducing the nominal value of the shares to below market value-then a new issue can be made at a discount to market value but not nominal value. Shareholders will still have the same value as before, it just allows the Co the possibility of issuing more shares in the future should shareholders approve of such a move.

Will issue 147Mns new shares at 7.5p/share raising £11Mns before Xs completion by June 6th. Because of the nature and size of the deal it is to be considered a reverse takeover. Combined group will have sales of around £29Mns.
