BLH. Artemis UK Growth confirms it holds directly 5.46% of the isc representing 7.84Mns shares.

PEN. Has announced that it has purchased a further 50K of its 5p shares at a strike price of 26p, these will now be held in treasury and will not be entitled to any future divi. The number of ordinaries in the market now stands at 31.3Mns. The potential effect of this plan is to increase shareholder value.

CWV. Following the final results publication, hidden away in the Corporate lingo, is the phrase "the Board recognises that CNS's current cash position requires other corporate actions to be considered. Acting in the best interests of shareholders, CMS are open to Corporate deal opportunities with companies that might find significant value in VMS's 'clean' balance sheet" looks like the "For Sale" board is out.

ATUK. Company has confirmed today that at its agm today, it will confirm, two new Ecommerce contracts with LB Lambeth and Litchfield CC since the prelims in March. The Co also stated that market conditions remain challenging but has maintained tightly managed costs and cash.

SVE. A special dividend will be paid 20th June at the rate of 1p/share to those Members on the register at the close of business 25th May 07.

DAG. Past volatitlity can now be explained. Today the Co released a statement confirming that GCap Media, which operates 47 locations across the UK, including the likes of Classic FM (one of my favourites), Capital 95.8, Xfm and others, has hired Yomega a division of DAG to develop listener platforms for user generated content. Yomega has been deployed by other media organisations including GMTV, MTV, and Endemol. First project to GCap will be completed by the end of May.

OAH. Will hold its agm today at 11am. The "YES" project and the memorandum of understanding with BT and Eon and with Skanska on board should not be underestimated, once certain official Development Agreement has been finalised it will be just a matter of time before further prospective tennants take up options.

EPO. Recent weakness can be explained by the issuing of 4.5Mns new shares raising £1.25Mns, to be admitted to AIM on 30th May.

ATUK. dasv you really are a stupid sort, along with your fellow cohorts. admin will be watching your sill game very closely as it breaches the rules that you signed up to, it may very well constitute ramping, and I am pretty certain admin will be uncomfortable about users posting their trades up on a board, a very serious matter, if you do not believe what I say contact admin for clarification, or re-read the rules, Phil at admin has clarified them for me.

ATUK. Tomorrow, the Co will give, at its AGM a trading update. Recent figures show that T/O increased 49% to £2.2Mns. Cash stood at a net £4Mns however loss per share deteriorated to 9.3p. Cash burn has been reduced which is stated to be stabilised and with the cash reserve should see the Co through to profitability. With the strategic review now implemented financial performance should improve.

ATUK. Board announced 30th March that an application to trading of 172,413 new ordinaries of 1p, in satisfaction of the first tranche of the deferred payment in respect of the acquisition of Coding International Ltd as announced on 2nd May 06, the shares being issued at a price of 14.5p

ATUK. Holdings in ATAK. Majedie Asset Management Ltd notified the Co via a ris to the LSE a substantial holdings announcement, acquired 1.9Mns or 5.13% of isc on 15th Feb upping its original stake to the tune of 700K.

EFGD. Established in Egypt in 1984 Regional Investment Bank EFGD, with a dual listing in Cairo, has announced that it has entered into a JV to establish EFGD Qatar Ltd, providing investment banking and asset management services. The JV will be owned 51% by EFGD and 49% by a local Qatar Co, and the initial capitalisation will be circa £18.5Mns

ALK. This Renewable Electricity provider announces that it has signed a contract with Dutch emissions trading co Carbon TF B.V. to verify its current and historic emissions savings from capture and use of coal mine methane from post mining activities.

DAG. Having ticked up 3p or 26.1% this provider of interactive entertainment and communications systems undergoing a vstrategic review to consider its options to maximise shareholder value, including the potential sale of the Co. At March 07, the Co had unaudited cash balances of £746K. Based on current trading, the Board anticipates that revenues for the first 1/4 to 30th June will be in line year on year. However, the value of the current pipeline of opportunities is materially ahead of that at the same point in the previous year.
