CFE. Regional development Agreement & Greene King PLC Agreement. Agreement with CRSE Ltd franchised for supply in Surrey giving a great opportunity to expand the CFE Brand. Greene King under the logo "Coffee Republic Sold Here" brand with a pub estate of over 2500 this is a major coup.

WDNY. Has completed the securitisation of its Northampton Belcot proprty. Group debt will be part used for debt reduction reducing gearing, a positive move considering HSBC Global announces today it holds 5.07 of the voting shares

RCG. Lock in the day's 19% uptick, money for nothing, if in hindsight the sp rises further bad call but if it drops use profits to buy more, what have you got to lose except the profit earned today.

SVE. Now that sp moved up 15% take profits come back on weakness.

CTV. Proposed acquisition by Corporate Travel Holdings Inc of 14.5p/share. Since then CTV has received approaches from two parties one of at least 16.5p/share. A tussle will be good for sp. Both offers are subject to due diligence.

WHG. ex div period ending, consistent and renewed buying interest should follow, Directors have declared that strong uptake and interest in its upper end of the retirement home sector is continuing.

ELE. Forum European Small Caps GMBH holds 7.07% of the isc adding up to 9.8Mns voting shares.

RCG. Having seen a strong start to the year on the back of the launch of several of its products.. Has now said it has formed a joint venture with Digital China for providing security applications and payment gateway solutions to banks in the People's Republic of China, and will invest £2.5-3Mns of the injected venture capital.

EIC. For reference. EIC has 23,872,298 issued shares of nominal value 0.5p issued. There are no Treasury shares.

LNG. Excellent set of numbers considering that this Co has suffered exceptional expansion costs, had these been stripped out profits would have been better. As the market had already built in the possible numbers outcome, the market will now correct sp to suit actual causing short term weaknes, but what is for sure any weakness will present an excellent buying opportunity and new investors should be amply rewarded as exceptional costs get elliminated and a smothing of profits kicks in, turnover will increase and economies of scale impact on bottom line. Let market overreact by reducing sp and then take advantage of the weakness.

FRM. 314K ordinaries have been bought back by Co to be held in Treasury shares; 16K have been acquired by the SIPP of Chief Exec Neil Rodford, and 9.5K acquired by Mark Page FD. The Co now holds 3.1Mns in treasury NR holds 1.1Mns and MP holds 352K

PROP. Rackham family trusts acquired a further 50K ordinaries at a price of 55.5p/share and now hold 7 1/2 mns isc representing 20.76% it will not stop here. Follow the buyers for sp upside. The Rackham family in total own 51.6% of the issued shares.

LIV. Chief Exec Noam Lanir took up 22.7Mns shares and noe has control over 129.3Mns isc. Co as an independent is history by the looks of things.

SYM. Sometimes sp does not truly conform to expectations, but as usual they do eventually, but better late than never, more upside here for patient types. Rewards will come to those with a longer perspective of sharedealing.

CPNR. Hi thushara, yes I still rate this a buy at current levels, my belief is that the games have only just begun, I cannot go through all the reasons, but the past threads lay out my stall on this stock.

BLH. RIT Capital sells entire stake here accounting for 6.07% of Co. Now I wonder where that holding has gone (tongue in cheek rhetoric).

ETL. Not bad uptick, could have been better but gamble and perseverence paid off. Locked in profits here. A dual listing helps.
