SCO. Non Exec buys up 500K at 1.27p/share now holds .05% of isc, not a lot but Man Financial coughed up to owning 4.63% or 46.8Mns isc.

MES. Launches Mail Plug-in product to Israel's leading business mobile operator MIRS Communications Ltd. This service will allow users to download a simple plug in to their Microsoft Outlook and send SMS messages. Downloadable free of charge from www.mirs.co.il, the new service allows MIRS mobile subscribers to send SMS to any local mobile phone directly from their Outlook using established contact lists. The service will be paid for via their mobile phone bill and charged per message.

SVE. Simple Investments bought back 250K shares at 30p on behalf of SVE. The Co now holds 750K in treasury out of an isc of 36.5Mns.

XPG. Chairman Mr Richard Last bought 10K shares @ 90p recently and put them into his pension fund Lynx 1991 A/C R Last. The pension fund holds 110K ordinaries post this deal. Lynx plc is also interested in 1.158Mns therefore R Last including his Lynx holding accounts for 23.93 of the isc. Got to be a boomer in the future.

GON. Agreed to licence its IP, EPIX, to Pepsi Mexico. The initial trial permits the manufacturing of 50 million units, no values were given.. EPIX is the technology that uses plastic density to create a photo realistic image within a flat object when held up to the light, has been selected for use in Pepsi Mexico's manufacturing of a new range of collectable lids based on the Spiderman franchise. There is no cost to GON, has implications far wider than this single licenced contract. Watch this space for an explosion.

IDD. This smart card solutions and outsourcing business, announces that on 25th May, it confirms the acquisition of the business and assets of CredECard PLC, the pre paid card services provider. Consideration comprised of 25Mns shares. By 2010 the number of pre paid users estimated at 360mns cards. ID moves up the food chain and into financial services. CredECard should improve profitibality.

FRM. Issues 8.8Mns shares at 17p/share to fund subscription agreement with Columbia Formation Group. There will be 135Mns isc of which Kennedy Family Trust will own 28.89% just shy of the 30% Mandatory Offer limit pursuant to City code Rules 5, 5.4,and 9 9.5 (which shall be waivered), Companies Act 1985 section 202(4). The idea of the Acquisition is to create a Property Division and developing a bespoke property investment and wealth management Co.

TDM. There were strong rumours circulating over the weekend that the recent Feb sp movement could be reignited, with numbers scheduled which should show a significant contribution from offerings, and the classic denial suggests some upside.

BNK. 27% interest in Palo Duro basin, Texas, has been sold to Palo Duro Energy Inc for £9.75Mns, cash of £7.5Mns and the rest in common shares. Funds to be used to fund BNK's capital programme in the US.

PYN. Commences Phase 11 of its PYN17 in the US of A. PYN17 the lead candidate for the relief of inflammation and other symptoms suffered by patients with chronic hepatitis C.

OMG. Yotta the image spatial division set up recently, has recently announced that its new offering has gained four clients including Local Authorities with a repeat order from one, contribution to T/0 small at the moment but the Co expects to be improved long term. OMG is also working with QinetiQ to use technology in unmanned reconnaissance aircraft. Vicon, is the mainstay for now, this imaging system has been used in films such as Harry Potter, King Kong. With £6.6Mns in cash and earnings of 16 times. This stock is progressing nicely, a medium to long term play.

TNG. Numbers to 28th Feb show T/0 to be up 30% to £8.61Mns; Pre tax increases by an impressive 199% to £305K; dividend declaration up 75%. Customers of the Tangent hosted website marketing Co include Wolesley, Plumb Centre; The Labour Party and Greene King. The next figures should see a contribution from recently acquired Ravensworth a digital marketer bought for £5.85Mns financed by a 13p/share secondary offering, and the July purchase of C360. With cash of over £1Mns and NAV of around 6p seems plenty of potential upside, but with a PE of 74 there is plenty of future expectation accounted for but with pre tax expected to grow substantially next time round, this should tumble leaving room for an upside correction. The sp should break out of its trading range as the new offerings bed down and the Tangent hosted website gathers momentum.

PIC. Hi chan. Certainly has a very interesting offering coming up. PIC will be launching a combi digital TV box, HD TV decoder and personal video recorder that will automatically record tv programmes onto a hard disk drive connectable to PCs & Broadband modem. The likely market will be homes who want to send signals to bedrooms kitchens studies to recieve digital content etc etc via a central hub. With the switch from analogue to digital TV next year, this should be a sure fired winner. With the likes of BskyB, virgin Media, Comcast and Direct TV customers of Pace, projections suggest during 2007 1mn HD units will be sold in EU and by 2009 as many as 5mns. The units will be sold under PIC's own brand name.

CPNR. I'm not sure if sp will hit 25p this June, but will show a little retraction when the 30th placing hits home, but then see further upside. 25p yes but could be several months away.

IMD. At recent AGM Chairman David Haynes said that trading at the UK's leading digital distributor of advertising commercials, musivc videos and TV data had been strong. Group revenues for the first 1/4 of the current financial year were well ahead of the same period last year.

OAH. Thanks for the research, pretty accurate but no-one appears to have fallen for the consolidation trap judging by the trades so everyone was savvy and read what I read and interpreted the same. Where do you see the sp going from here on in?

OAH. Anyone who read the results of the AGM would have understood the position, no-one investing would have been misled with the outcome. It was all in the report. So lets move on and see what this Co delivers up in the future. The YES project is an outstanding milestone as well as the purchase of the adjoining land.

OAH. Take it on the chin and accept the interpretation as it stood, it caught you out.

OAH. At least one fell victim to my little bit of "ironic ruse" did you not get the little jest. After a consolidation the sp always rises. Ha Ha Ha.

SUN. The last time I looked at this the shares run up from 3 -6p but weakness crepped in on new significant news. However this MIS company wants to increase its capacity where significant strength has been shown recently, shareholders were recently told that the innovations this Co has made will enhance shareholder value.
