SIT. Companies are perceived differently in US. The Economic conditions are different and the business climate is far more business friendly Stateside. Companies have different valuations placed on them, and shareholder attitudes are poles apart. There appears to be more of a friendly entrepreneurial spirit Stateside, UK Co valuations tend to be on the reserve side and often stifles innovation, an accusation often levelled at financial institutions here.
