Turnover up 45%; Pre Tax up 42%; EPS up 54% divi up 40%. Raised £7.1Mns to fund expansion. What this Co does is very clever, it has an internal restaurant credit rating so how we respond to the customer survey cards a staff bonus scheme operates. Only three restaurants opened up since Jan, but another eight are scheduled.

PUG. By selling off its low margin Locum business for £5.5Mns aims to reduce the £8Mns debt pile by 30%. PUG will then concentrate on more profitable business.

Highlites include; Turnover up from £13.51Mns to £15.95Mns Gross P £5.45 Mns from £3.74Mns previou Pre Tax Loss £1.86Mns down from £2.42Mns Net Debt £2.1Mns halved from £4Mns as a result of recent share issue Net Assets £3Mns from £1.4Mns ditto. All in all a good set of numbers but market will have expected these in advance so only a slight uplift in sp due, but one for long term growth if funds used wisely.
