ISD. History is against us here regarding future sp. Historically, which should be no guide to future share price performance, indicates a resistance range between 18p-27p. But with recent purchases by FD et al, and new deals and continuing current contracts renewed coming throughI firmly believe the 27p resistance level will be tested medium term.

Bill. Hi LTEL. There is a Special General Meeting ("sgm")convened for 9.30am on 23rd April to approve the proposed timetable for the deal. As and when the timetable approved we will then know when the proposedsale will be completed after that is when the capital re-structure will take place. The Co has not announced how far advanced negotiations are, that is all we know for now. If shareholders block the deal at the sgm, then all bets are off, but I cannot see that happening.

RDS. Spot on storm, ask any Ukranian how Russia is threatening to cut off Ukranian energy supplies with blackmail. If the likes of Shell got turned over minnows had better watch out.

RDS. relations between Russia and the UK went cooler as the Russians withdrew from the high profile London Conference. OAO Rosneft, from pressure by Putin, withdrew from the Russian Economic Forum at the 11th hour. Apparently news coming out of the E U warns that relations with Russia are at their lowest ebb since the Cold Ward. On another note there are suggestions that the recent spat with IEC/Mitvol should be resolved in the legislation, scary and uncertain times if you are British doing business in Russia.

ISD. Balance sheet has been strngthened big time Director buying signals the obvious.

ALM. Positive news indeed littlejoe. Signs a 50/50 joint venture with Paddy Power, to show TURFTV in all its British and Irish licensed betting offices. It is the first multi-million pound agreement.The JV will run (pun intended) until March 2013

EPO. Others investment decisions are not mine to make. The footprints were there and the signs clearly made available by the market. Opportunities are taken as and when presented. The market delivers the news the interpretation is ours as we all know. Being ahead of the game is what matters, hindsight plays no part. I try not to repeat myself just deliver, what I consider, share enhancing news, this is not who has or has the last word, the trick is to make a maximum profit out of the market. Interpreted Corporate language gives up volumes. The market will have the last word I just present the information and invest wisely, hopefully.

EPO. So you missed out on ignoring "market perception". Back in Aug 05 "strong Buys" were put out lifting the shares to 60p and those in then locked in profits before fall after the stateside shenanigans, and then had the chance to come back in at the 20p levels. This Co has had a torrid time, but can you fully discount recent improvements as having no significance. When the Chief FO buys in and Chairman, in conjunction with latest RNSs, we have to accept that as truthful, that to me signifies positives. The old numbers are already in the price.

EPO. Best if prospective investors looking for homes for their hard earned funds to look into the website, there is a raft of historic data to sift through, there is a raft of valuable Authoritive investor information to assist your investment decisions. This Co appears to be pushing the right buttons.

EPO. Freudian slip current sp 35.75p, maybe 37p Monday Market Cap £16.91Mns.

EPO. Shares in issue 47.3Mns at the current share price equates to £17.5Mns of which Millenium Global own 13.71% or 6.5Mns; Man Financial 12.64% or 6Mns; Artemis 7.59% 3.59Mns; and Goldman Sachs 2.6Mns 5.44%. Company is growing with return on capital of 158% up 24% year on year, net gearing is zero. Has a loyal shareholder base and recent contract wins seemingly auger well for the future.

BTR. Co annonced today that Blue Star Media Ltd holds 11.85% of the voting rights along with Barry Cash who has an interest of 1.5Mns isc. These along with previous substantial holdings has the making of a further profit for long term investors. All these shares since March 06 are pure profit.

URA. The recent speculation regarding possible offer for Co have been quashed, the Co has issued a statement bursting press speculation bubble. However Co does state it is actively seeking an ASX listing.

EPO. Unaudited 3rd 1/4 revenues up by 133% year on year. up to £280K and up 39% on 2nd 1/4. Transaction volumes are up 100%. The presence in local markets and the ability to settle in local currencies is at the heart of their value-add, helping middle market companies to transact and bank globally. Has all the hallmarks of a growth stock.

IDD. No stopping the Venturous. Noble VCT announced after session that they have a substantial holding amounting to 4.01% or 52.15Mns. Another tiddler that has had its fair share of problems but put on the back burner, perhaps now the past strategies will now pay off.

COIL. There is to be an Arrangement and or Reconstruction here. Xtracting in exchange for shares. A compromise or arrangement between COIL and its creditor as the Court directs.

DAG. Launches version 2.0 of its white label entertainment platform that enables media entertainment Cos to capitalise on the growth and popularity of social networking. I understand DAG still supplies PTC with software.

RDS. If I was waking up today having invested in IEC I would be a nervous wreck to try and recover 5% 10% or any return here you would have had to have gone back to the future, 10% would be difficult to beat the bid offer and costs would strip out any profit and more. Timing would have had to be spot on but judging by the recent news and commentary a very volatile and stress filled alleged money earner. There is plenty more volatility but thin margin profits are a pure risk play here, the market is very reluctant to bounce shares upwards after a hard hitting negative report, history could be repeating itself. Russia is so secretive about its oil reserves, nothing at this stage can be proved or disproved but alarm bells ringing bigtime.

BTR. This was released earlier today. S Clark has 4.8Mns isc or 16.26%; and D Machlachlan 5Mns or 16.93% of isc all are voting shares. Looks like the Co may be taken out at some stage.

SCR. Hi scrod looks like the action we have been waiting for is about to escalate, lets hope Rabbits are not scurrying about aimlessly.
