Let's hope Trump says something in his speech to both houses of congress tonight to lift the markets. After all investors have endured since COVID this latest shambles seems almost unbelievable. It'll take a miracle to get this back on track. I thought when I moved here from the car crash that is AFC energy I'd be investigating in a well run company that has a proper plan for growth and plenty of money in the bank. Whilst all of these things are true, I think the move away from the green agenda by the Trump administration has had negative consequences on the viability of green hydrogen as an affordable source of energy, hence the collapsing shareprice. Not sure it can recover but as ever I'll hang on probably in forlorn hope.

Once there's peace in Ukraine and the tariff panic settles down this will resume it's ascent towards £4 and beyond. If RR can be worth £11 then this must be worth at least £7!

Based on the terrific results it seems too low. I'd have hoped for something nearer £6 if things settle down given the profits on offer. I mean look at RR soar and they're less profitable and have twice the number of shares in circulation. I guess airlines get ignored by lots of institutional investors because of the potential for unforeseen problems but to me that concern is overdone. Chances of another pandemic resulting in airlines being grounded is very low and with oil now lower I feel the upside could be significant, especially if we get a ceasefire in Ukraine. Also, air travel is only going to increase.

I think the problem is that a lot of commentators are keen to fight to the last Ukrainian. I suspect the truth is that most Ukrainians want a ceasefire and peace. One cannot assume at this stage that the outcome of talks will result in a surrender. You have to give it a chance. This war was egged on by Biden and Johnson to get at Russia using Ukraine as a proxy and has now resulted in an unwinnable stalemate with many, many dead on both sides. What a waste and still they want more. Also, Russia has been proven to be pretty poor militarily and has also suffered huge losses, so the idea that it's now going to rampage through Europe, is absurd. The real threat is China!

When Hitler invaded Poland we went to war with Germany. Are you suggesting larry that we should go to war with Russia? If the answer's no, then we must negotiate with them whether you like it or not. And if you're looking for leaders with low IQ, maybe you should try 10 Downing Street as its incumbent might meet the criteria.

So are the Europeans going to attack Russia? How else can they "help" Ukraine get their territory back? The reality is that a deal must be made otherwise it's uncharted territory and potential WW3! The war's at a stalemate with thousands being killed every week so it needs to stop to prevent further pointless slaughter.
