With oil prices staying down and the pound stronger against the dollar it must be enhancing profitability. Also, the stronger pound should encourage more travellers to venture stateside, especially the wealthier ones who can afford the more expensive seats!

Let's hope they can add to that soon via sales derived revenue/profit. The jam tomorrow scenario can only go on for so long. Either green hydrogen will be needed in sufficient quantities to allow electrolyser companies like ITM to flourish or it won't. Plug have certainly been plugging away for years in their determination to succeed so they must see a brighter future otherwise why bother? Let's hope all weary LTHs begin to see a return on their investments soon. Life is short after all!

But overall profit was up. IRFS profit after tax was up 41%! That sounds impressive but the market will no doubt focus on any negatives and drop the SP significantly. Might explain the presence of the shorter. It's always risky holding through results. I never learn!

Profit up 7% after tax, EPS up 8% and buyback to be completed a year early i.e this year! New business profit was up but cancelled out by interest rates, exchange rates etc. so overall flat. Will the market like it? Who knows?

Holding shares long, especially if they start to increase, is not easy! Let's hope Pru delivers for all the LTHs. 🤞

But with the SP so far away from broker consensus the hope is that these results will finally get it moving closer to those forecasts. If they are to be believed, £10 a share should be achievable in the short-term if results are favourable. There's a lot riding on them. Nervous times!

The 0.5% short is still showing on LSE I'm afraid. It is a little disconcerting as it ponders the question, do they know something?

Judging by the shareprice they should be good but then again who knows. Company results have to be perfect these days to gain market approval! I've reduced my holding in case the market reacts badly. My intention would be to add if results are favourable.

Bond was a liar, pure and simple. The fact he never bought shares was a big red flag that I and lots of others chose to ignore whilst remaining invested. I remember the likes of Jimmynan always chastising me for daring to doubt Bond's veracity. Unfortunately, I was correct all along! He made a fortune out of AFC with his offensively large remuneration package for delivering the sum total of diddly squat! I just hope those still invested manage to get something out of this s***show! Miracles do happen! 🙏

That's a good point, wook in that ITM electrolysers will be used to convert surplus electricity generated by wind and solar, energy that would otherwise be wasted. Also, as you say, it's good that Hydrogen is being mentioned in the media as a serious alternative to natural gas etc. An interesting article nonetheless. Hopefully onwards and upwards for ITM! 🤞And no vam I won't be selling!

It's now accepted, following clinical trials, that the kit works and is even superior to lab testing (see below) so why isn't it in every A&E in the UK and abroad? Surely GDR must finally be ready for take off!
