Ok Bumble. I posted previously about the Varcoe research and the structural integrity issues more than once but you obviously chose to ignore it then. Funny how you're offering your "expert" view on it now! I also posted previously that the L cell would not be marketable and I do remember you chastising me for that. Dr. Harvey plainly said at the AGM that the membrane for the 100kw unit had been commercially sourced so I therefore assume Dr. Harvey had no input into its design. And I see poor deluded Heath still thinks it's using AlkaMem. Answer me this Bumble, are these power towers still using alkaline chemistry? I have my doubts!

Ah, the odious, deluded Jim returns. I saw him at the AGM asking his AlkaMem question. I don't think he got the answer he was hoping for! The guy is living in La La land. Look at the SP Jim and accept it for what it is i.e the result of years of non delivery by AFC, despite many assurances to the contrary. The market does not believe the hype any longer and neither should any sane person. I fear that this is now just a lifestyle company for a chosen few. I'd guess the only way any investors have made money here in recent times, has been through trading it. It certainly hasn't been a sound investment to risk being accused of making a gross understatement! To suggest that me or anyone else is trying to affect further decline and getting paid for it, by stating the bleeding obvious, is the height of absurdity. Get help Jim!

And with Gary Bullard's buy yesterday I'm guessing there'll be no news on power tower sales anytime soon. It really is grim here with AFC back to its normal modus operandus now that the AGM is out of the way i.e. complete radio silence and treating private investors with disdain. It's all jam sometime and maybe even not at all. I mean this ammonia cracker, it sounds fantastic but will it ever become a reality? AlkaMem anyone! Bond confirmed at the AGM that AlkaMem is nowhere near with one of the main issues being maintaining its structural integrity. This is consistent with Professor Varcoe's research and I think strongly implies that AFC are not really developing AlkaMem in house. Bond has clearly always known that AlkaMem was not going to be perfected anytime soon, yet continued to promote it. "The Holy Grail" lol. Will this revolutionary cracker be the same. Also, without AlkaMem how can AFC get to the big power outputs for shipping etc. unless they go PEM? Smoke and mirrors I'm afraid as usual. Maybe Bumble can allay my concerns!

I think Bumble must be the only investor anywhere who doesn't think a CEO buying shares in their own company is a good idea! His comments are becoming increasingly fanciful as he desperately tries to defend this seemingly lost cause.

Nice to see Gary Bullard buy some more albeit a small amount in monetary terms. Still though Bond refuses. Disgraceful!

Bond will seemingly go to great lengths to avoid actually buying any AFC shares in the open market. The SP is tanking and this is what we get. No sales announcement just more share options for Adam. Dire!

How can he stay on as CEO having utterly failed shareholders during his tenure so far, whilst all the time being handsomely rewarded? It really beggars belief.

I wonder if is he known to AFC? His ramping was on a different level and way beyond what even the most committed shareholder would reasonably post. It was borderline illegal in my view.

My last punt here was 20kish in total Ade at average 67p! Sold half at 35p but have kept the rest running just in case. Big mistake, obviously! I can take the loss but it's the feeling that investors, including me, have been deceived by being given unrealistic expectations in the first place. Investors never really stood a chance unless, like haggis, some were able to trade this during the many ups and downs. The whole thing is just a disaster.

I've had a similar experience Pandy and it now seems that AFC is just another failed AIM listed company to add to the list. If it does go under Bond should be held to account for all his previous exaggerated rhetoric, predicting imminent commercial success. At the AGM, I thought it odd and a bit worrying that Peter Dixon-Clarke, who's clearly a slick operator, seemed to know more about the technology than the long-term incumbent CEO! Nevertheless, I'll stick with this disaster in the increasingly small chance that something positive might eventually happen as I've lost most of my investment already, so it's do or die for me now. GLAH, we're going to need it!

The only thing that's an embarrassment here is the SP! Posters like TV with their faux outrage at comments made by understandably disgruntled investors who are losing their shirts on this, are not credible. It's amazing how most have now vanished leaving genuine investors holding the baby. I went to the AGM and came away with a bit of hope but given the ongoing silence since and the SP tanking even lower, I've lost that now. I'm beginning to think that all is not as it appears at AFC! I mean they've completely changed the product in the last year away from AFC technology to just fuel cells, encorporating commercially available membranes. The Holy Grail it is not! And as for the ammonia cracker being developed, it would certainly go against the trend if it ever gets to be produced and sold. It's probably just more pie in the sky. Shareholders are just being hung out to dry and even with the SP at 16p the CEO still refuses to buy. You couldn't make it up!

I've often thought that the ramping crew were an organised group deliberately posting overly optimistic views so as to entice buyers and therefore keep the SP artificially higher. I don't know another bulletin board that has this level of seemingly organised ramping. Haggis was clearly the worst and I'm surprised LSE allowed him to get away with it for so long. Also, johnny, where's he gone? It definitely makes you think and BTW Bumble and Heath, if Bond bought shares I'm pretty sure the SP would jump as the market would take it as a positive sign, due to him never having bought shares before. It's called putting your money where your mouth is!

Imagine if Bond bought some shares. His repeated refusal to do so speaks volumes. Even now with the SP bombed out he keeps his hands firmly in his pockets! After all he must have a few quid spare from his huge remuneration package so you'd think he'd take the chance and if you think about it, if he isn't willing to buy some, why should anyone else?
