To be fair to Ade, he's accurately predicted this inexorable decline whether you like it or not, unlike the likes of Silly Jim et al who were predicting a SP in the region of £1.50 and up, not so long ago. No wonder Jim is constantly raging. I suspect he can't contain his anger every time he checks the SP causing him to come on here ranting and abusing fellow posters. He really is a sore loser.

Couldn't agree more. Meanwhile the company has closed down all communication with its shareholders. It's do or die time now. Can Bond finally deliver? I don't believe so but would love to be proved wrong!

Until Bond delivers something commercially viable, he deserves all the criticism coming his way. Folks on here have very short memories. This is the guy who has been repeatedly boasting about commercial orders coming soon, for years, none of which have materialised. I'll keep calling him out all the way to either success or failure. I think all genuine shareholders should be doing the same! Where's the Holy Grail? Where's the 50 plus orders by Y/E 2021? I could go on!

I really don't understand how a CEO can get away with claiming that a company was on the cusp of commercial success when it is now clear that that was not the case!

They've admitted using a commercially available membrane m3 so it would naturally follow that the chemistry would have to be compatible with said membrane so not proprietary AFC tech. It seems a reasonable assumption to make. Tell me why that's not the case m3?

Without news, there'll be very little upward SP movement. David Budd should come on here again and explain why we haven't had any update on sales given his previous posts implying that they were imminent.

I'm in the security industry Ghengis. I hear what you're saying about the time lag for developing a product from concept to sales but in the case of AFC the concept I believe has now changed to something completely different i.e. power towers using commercially available components and not AFC proprietary membrane or alkaline technology so this to me is almost like starting afresh, which as you've just said could take 10 years to perfect! We've been sold a pup here.

the reality here is unfortunately that afc is still deep in r&d mode part of which is field testing prototype devices. god alone knows how long it will take to get to a marketable product from this point. this is the reason for the company silence and proof that bond misled investors when he implied there'd be lots of product sales by y/e 2021. well, the horrible truth is now there for all to see i.e. there has never been a marketable or even viable product in all the history of afc yet investors have been repeatedly told something different. the whole debacle has been one big **** take at the expense of honest, hard working investors! (with a few exceptions!)

Good to hear guys. I just wish ALL genuine holders would voice the same concern, then we might get traction on trying to force through some badly needed change at AFC. If you look at ITM, they realised that their CEO, Dr. Graham Cooley, had to be replaced by Dennis Schulz, an industry insider from Linde engineering, to stand any chance of achieving commercial success and ITM were much farther on than AFC towards commercial rollout at that point. He's made great changes since, which were clearly necessary and will take ITM on the path to commercial success.

should adam bond be given to deliver a viable commercial outcome for afc energy? he's had 9 years already and still no joy. wasn't it chippy who instigated some type of shareholder revolt previously? could this be done again, maybe in the form of an egm to oust him? i mean, he's got to be one of the highest paid ceos on aim and yet has driven shareholder value into the ground. for me that is not acceptable and i can't understand why all shareholders are not of the same view! now that the agm is out of the way it's back to treating shareholders with disdain! it's one thing losing money on a share but to then see the ceo take the **** and trouser circa £1.5 million over 2 years when some are losing their shirts on this, is galling.
