For those who have been saying AC needed to do another interview, see below, from Analyst Group, Equity Research.

Investing in Zen at current prices is a no brainer and anyone who can’t see that will look back in disbelief that they missed out.

Not ramping, just stating what I see as blindingly obvious to anyone who does the most basic research.

I think you are overthinking AC’s latest buy. I think he’s just signalling that the sp is ridiculously cheap.

This from Zak Mir this evening:

Zenith Energy (ZEN), the listed international energy production and development company, announced that its CEO & President, Mr. Andrea Cattaneo, has purchased a total of 300,000 shares at a total average price of £0.0798. Following the aforementioned dealings, Mr. Cattaneo is directly beneficially interested in a total of 10.67 per cent of the Company.

Comment: Just in case one needed a reminder that the prospects for a big win at ZEN vs Tunisia is on its way, we have the CEO adding to his already significant holding in the stock. He could be a rather rich many in the near future.

I can’t see any relevance to us, even if the journalist is correct, and he sounds credible. Corruption is rife, and there is no accountability - a familiar story.

If they want to continue to borrow from the World Bank, they are going to have to pay what they owe us first. That bill is rising fast and could climb very steeply with Case 3 in sight and looking like a repeat of the first 2. Their team negotiating with our lawyers, clearly doesnt give a stuff about their national interests, but that shouldn’t impact us, other than meaning a settlement is unlikely and we will have to go the whole way to the end of the 3rd case. But then AC has said this consistently.

This from Zak Mir:

Zenith Energy (ZEN), the listed international energy production and development company, is pleased to announce that it has completed a private placement in Norway. The Placement has raised an aggregate total amount of approximately £1,543,000. The proceeds of the Placement will be used to provide immediate additional funding for the potential acquisition of near-term electricity production assets currently being evaluated by the Company.

Comment: It can be seen that ZEN is already looking beyond prospective multimillion-dollar arbitration wins against Tunisia, and onto life after this tsunami of cash is in its coffers, with the focus on electricity production.

We need to see some benefit for sh soon. Sounding increasingly like ‘jam tomorrow’ but will it ever come?

Very interesting. Zen is not alone. Which company is pursuing Venezuela?

Zen is starting to feel like a fruit machine that pays out winnings every time you pull the lever, lol .

Just amazes me that the market for the shares is so small and so few of us have discovered it.

Sounds like we are expecting the case to be heard on a single day (Friday 14 March) from the way it is expressed. Not ‘starting on’ but being heard on.

Maybe indicates how clear the case is.

If AC settles all 3 claims for, say, $400m, what do you think that might work out at for shareholders?

I think AC referred to more news by late summer in order to give the Tunisians ample time to negotiate a settlement. That’s their only hope of avoiding a $600m + penalty.

Although AC has said we will give a special dividend for each of the 3 cases, I think we will have to be patient until we hear that they’ve settled all 3 for a price.

Incidentally, it’s completely irrelevant whether the sp settles at 7,8,9, or 10p or whatever, now. Most of us are in this for MANY multiples so a few percent up or down now, is of no consequence at all.

There are a lot of very relevant posts here on the potential for Zen if you have the patience to read through them. I’d also recommend watching the 4 (?) video interviews Zak Mir has done in the past couple of months with Andrea Cattaneo , CEO and main driving force behind Zen.

If Zen works out as most of us hope, and there is a settlement agreement announced by the end of the summer, Panthera is a stock I will certainly be thinking of getting into but don’t know much about it atm.
