I am a LTH but very rarely post. Just sold out after about 5 years. The share price seems to stall around the current price and this has been a trend in recent years. For those, like myself, who took part in the share raise ( was it about £7 ?), we have not seen any progress from this.

My average was 470 so I have done ok, but I have decided there are better alternatives..

Took a loss here with the invasion, prior to the share suspension.

Missed the readmission RNS of the 9/9/24.

Given that Trump wishes to stop the war this is attractive again. However I remember the director's dealings and legal actions as cause for concern.

Where are we now ?

Also, has any significant share issues taken place in the interim. I cannot find any exercise prices for directors share options as well.

AZN have pulled out of a major investment due to the current government reneging upon funding deal agreed with last lot.

It is a shame our PM used them as a example two days ago - growth the number one priority ?

Decathlon in Spain have been using the system for about 3 years.

Rarely post - last time here about 18 months ago, said lifestyle Company, no funding to come and placement. Did not respond to abuse at the time. 85 % down in ISA ( ouch ), partially offset by previous top slice.

I doubt whether another p & d can be organised to allow a better exit and expect 2p placing.

Lessons learnt - cut losses quicker, lack of Director buys and lack of facts in RNS's. Glad I was in HE1 last week.

Regarding "vote no" - how, where and when do you do this. I can see no corporate action from my broker ?

As a long term holder all I can see here is a normal operational update.
The two points I take from it are that TheoremRx have not delivered and are unlikely to,, which has reinforced the need for a lab set up which will result in a share issue.

Have spoken to the above regarding email of 16/12/14. They understand that they have "jumped the gun" on this and following reference to the 17/12/14 RNS 15.10 pm they will issue a retraction which will take up to two days - will publish when received. Very well done to Redbike et al for galvanising many others like myself and I for one would be willing to support a fund for any potential ongoing legal action - AndytheMKDon great digging, keep at 'em ! I think a "hold" recommendation is appropriate !
