A quick search of Companies House shows ByzGen was around for 8 years and I note that at least one of the former Directors is now at Whitespace. The two registered charges were both satisfied.

I note the fundraiser in March and wonder how many warrants are outstanding.

Looks like about 67m late trades - difficult to tell but look like buys to me. Happy to be corrected.

Looks like we are going the way of all consolidations - a drop before which we are currently in and about a further 10 % after.

With good news immediately after consolidation hopefully planned, I expect we will be back at the equivalent of were we are now.

FYI - decided to sell, cannot get over 1,000,000 away on II in one go. Just managed 500,000 and now no market.

Also, clearly, I have too many companies to pay full attention to !

With potential news you would expect buying at this stage , but with previous missed deadlines people are wary and so nobody is buying in.

Expect significant movement, up or down by 1/10.

I had to open an IG account, which was painfully slow. Worth noting with IG. if you wish to open a stocks and shares ISA ( you can now have more than one, provided you stay within the £20,000 limit p. a. ), the monies are first allocated to a general trading account and you then have to transfer to your ISA.

Until we have some form of income news this is just about relentless rampers talking to one another with no results, hoping that the share catches a wave on the back of peogress elsewhere.

I expect a plethora of posts to bury mine.

I have never been through a consolidation which has benefitted long term holding private investors.

Normally, after a drop and recovery, a placing will come.

Glad I sold 50 % of my holding here.

This could be a slow burn going forward.
