Just doing some research and trying to get a fix on the warranties. I get 1 billion warranties granted to ACAM for 24 months against a current share issue of 6.13 billion.

Does this make sense ?

I think the steep rise caught market makers off guard, causing them liquidity problems.

So, they have restricted buying but allowed selling as they continue to balance their books. I suspect liquidity issues will soon be resolved, albeit at the expense of panic sellers.

The warrants exercised are too small a percentage to make a difference.

Last Sept share issue resulted in 634,564,810 shares in issue and very ( very ) roughly 4m sold this evening.

One of our large holders taking profit ?

No doubt others will be tempted to do the same tomorrow.

Fundamentals have not changed.

Bought in 3 months ago as a means to gain access to US AI and Robotics market, without having to hold US shares direct. Going along quite nicely.

I have just checked my trading history here and see that it commenced in 2011.

Hopefully, over the years I have learnt lessons and I keep these as a reminder of lessons learnt.

The "good news " is that they sit in a trading account and with the £3,000 CGT limit I should be able to utilise them.

The main error I made here was not paying enough attention - I tended to look at my portfolio overall and if it was up X % then I did not bother about individual shares. Now, as I am retired I have the time to pay close attention to individual shares.

I cannot see a profit here, but I have had a very good 18 months in defence shares which have more than covered my losses. If I do make a profit here you will all be millionaires !

There is nothing here, huge spread and no volume.

I keep this significant loss , 17p average, on my account to remind me not to hold miners too long or listen to what the chairmen say as against actual facts.

A bit like the old Les Dawson joke of the picture of the mother in law on the mantlepiece to keep the children away from the fire.

Sold here ( and RR )after a very good 18 months ( last couple of top ups not so good).

Will be back in towards year end as the business has a solid future, but currently the macro - economics are changing and sentiment has dipped. Need to find better options elsewhere

There is nothing here for the LTH. Now a day trader stock, hence the rampers. I note 8 % spread.

All subsequent rises will be sold into including the Q4 production.

Will LTH get a chance to get out - too late I think.

Continues to progress nicely with USA defence stocks.

I would expect the Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 25 September to be very positive.

BA has many contracts, including Dreadnought submarines which run to 2060.

I feel a settlement in Ukraine , if it lasts, will give Putin ( or whoever follows ) an opportunity to regroup and go again - Moldova, Ukraine, Baltic states etc.

Additionally, the USA will ensure that the NATO defence spending commitments are met as they have China to deal with.

Increased defence spending is here to stay.
