Dunder, if they could sink 10mmcf wells without issue and have the capacity and LNG pricing, whilst having high fixed costs, the question is why they wouldn't do such a thing? If the argument is so good for us, it's the same for them. Except they had higher fixed costs, so more of an incentive. I just don't believe it's anywhere near as straightforward as drilling a well for 10mmcf. Casc I can get my head around, but even then, look at Casc 4. They don't know the Casc geology they have been drilling for years, so what can one realistically expect from Calamity Baay wrt Central...?

Casc 5 is the first major de-risking event. But then we don't get anything until Casc 4 or Central. And based on consistently missed timings, the best we can hope for is end-January for more news (good or bad). If Casc 5 is 15mmcf then we can shift a bit of overhang by end-January and potentially get to 13p. But SirTradesALot will be pumping and trading the whole way up, alongside new entrants taking a quick and easy 15-20% profit. Just watch.

how did your figures work out on q3 zero? you talked about everything being paid from cashflow - so where has all the money gone for us to raise more than needed, and it being used for central and the compressor? we need 15mmcf initial flows to build any sort of capital buffer in case they f@ck central as well, which is a decent probability given what calamity baay has delivered to date. it's also what lyin paul has provided as a guide, so the market will hold success as being that number. and we cannot count on casc 4 any time soon - next year sometime is all we got from calamity baay. and they f@cked the well twice, so don't hold your breath on double figure flow rates there, regardless of the **** he sent down the chain. and we get nothing for months from it anyway, just like central should it be a success.

let me help you with a realistic investment proposition here, which calamity baay one would hope cannot f@ck up. the pricing contracts change for the majority of our production in 2027. so if the useless pr@t can start building enough cash to continue drilling throughout 2026 with more wells into central and casc, then pricing will be our saviour to get the sp into the high 20's. but that requires no f@cks ups for the next 4 wells. most important to remember, is that wherever the sp ends up, multiply it by 2 if we had a semi-competent and trustworthy ceo at the helm. lths who cannot get their averages down to the low 20's will not see any profit until 2027 if they can execute. one well failure and it's a step backwards.

As for it moving up after tomorrow's placing, what a lot of b@llocks. The sp will remain stuck between 11-12p until a major +ve piece of news helps to shift all the money that Baay is taking from PIs and other investors at 11p. You will be selling into anything above 12p SirTradesALot, whilst talking 100v1 on L2 and it 'going mental'. The number of times a sp gets past the placing price when shares are issued is far less than the number of times it drops below the placing price.

Bigger question is whether Lyin Paul will take any extra cash offered to him. We've discovered that we need the money. So maybe he'll take a bit extra to give himself a bonus for a raise amounting to 25% of the company at 11p. Lyin Paul loves to put his hand out. But will he put his hand in his pocket, even at this bombed out level...? Will Directors follow suit? Will we get a proper commitment of say £250k at these bargain basement levels from all of them? So many things to look for with Lyin Paul and the fat bod.

Having said that, it will be a de-risking event if successful and provide a much-needed financial buffer pre-Central. As for next week coming online, well I heard a month ago was the ACTUAL date from SirTradesALot, so you'd hope it's not long, but 'November' is the date provided by Calamity Baay. Casc 5 is a MUST at 15mmcf. And then don't count on them successfully drilling a well in Central until it's done. They're talking of 10mmcf wells that Shell didn't bother drilling over all those years with huge excess capacity and high fixed costs. So to expect a clown show led by Calamity Baay to get things right is a big stretch. And the fact he is talking about putting 4 wells in Central is hilarious. I wonder where he will go if they f@ck up Casc 5 and Central? The company will be in single digits in that scenario, and the form guide says it's more likely than 15mmcf and 10mmcf wells in Central.

But, the first big reveal with Casc 5 isn't too far off. Maybe we'll even crack 13p with 15mmcf. The only way the sp hits 15p in the next 6 months is with Casc 5 at 15mmcf, Casc 4 at +5mmcf, and Central near 10mmcf. The sp would have been 30p if our shyster CEO got Central and funding locked down at 20.5p, but I suppose the lemmings with attention spans of a gnat just conveniently forget and move onto the next shiny statement from the conartist.

Bottom line, don't count on anything from a man that has achieved nothing other than losing his shareholders over 80% of their money in 2 years, and taking close to a $800k per year package to make the most monumental mistakes, on the easiest of things.

i wouldn't get hung up on the saying used by aligator, although you rampers do like to find one small detail in a tidal wave of **** flowing from mgt. the point he is making is that txp is one failed well away from single digits. and that is most definitely the case. or do you forget that we just raised more money than required to fund central, which is a big question mark, and pay for the compressor? that means we don't have any wriggle room for f@ck ups, which happens to be all that mgt have delivered for the past year. you guys like to focus on the magical world calamity baay likes to promise and not the long list of failures. so until casc 5 is hooked up and flowing at +15mmcf you cannot rely on it. until central is drilled without issues, and flowing at 10mmcf, you cannot rely on it. until the compressor arrives, with all of its parts and any other muppet excuse that could be used by mgt, and is hooked-up and the promised improvements to flow rates actually happen, don't rely on it. and until casc 4 has... well he didn't even give a date next year for the well that was meant to be hooked up in q1 of this year, after being pushed from q4 2024!!! but don't rely on it. in summary, you cannot rely on a single thing that comes from lyin paul's mouth.

sm, as i've said before, there isn't a single clear-eyed, intelligent investor here that doesn't see that you talk complete b@llocks to help with your trading at the edges. your 'eye-watering' average for 1.4% of the company over a month ago is now going to have you massively in profit is about as believable as your share price forecasts and claims we're about to get lift-off. not possible. unless you are lying about the size of your holding. because we haven't had the 10m shares bought at 11-12p you'd need to get your average into the teens. if johno's holding in the 2-3m range in the mid 20's required over 5m shares @ 12p to get his average near 15p, then you would need well over 10m quite easily with your 1.4% 'eye-watering' average. the way you pop up on news and ramp the **** out of stocks, then disappear when the sp starts to retreat, is almost comical. this sort of nonsense is even worse.

txp has been f@cked by an incompetent, deceitful ceo. a company with great assets, a 'transformational' acquisition that dropped in our laps, but broken by a complete failure of executive leadership. a man who has failed dismally at every turn. a man who deliberately omitted and withheld material information from the market, effectively hoodwinking investors of their money. look at the share price over the past 5 years, and yet this man is still in a job on a remuneration package of almost $800k per year, of which he puts nothing back into the company. facts! you just don't like hearing the truth.

sm, calamity baay does need to be investigated. and if he ever tried to sue any member of this board for attacking his competence or character, he'd get torn to pieces in a court of law based on what he has done over the past year alone. can you even imagine what would be uncovered in any investigation when you consider the news and stories we get are the spin version of what has actually transpired? having said that, he's so unbelievably incompetent and such a fantasist that he may believe he has a case against someone here. no doubt he'd find a way to use company money for it, because he never likes to put his hand in his pocket; he just likes to put his hand out.

sp will remain range-bound between 10.5p and 12.5p for months. and that's with casc 5 flowing on target and central being drilled. if central is a success at the end of january, only then will we break 13p and stay above it. getting near 16p will require another successful central well, and the compressor being installed on time, without any other failures by end q2. there are my projections. and all the ramping in the world won't change what's going to transpire. in the same way as dressing up the many massive failures of calamity baay doesn't change the dire production and financial results this year, the broken budgets, timings, capital raises, casc 4 well, and legal case. i'm sure there's something i'm missing, hh yeah, the deliberate omission and withholding of material information. so add absolutely broken trust.

SM the share price can get far worse. We still don't know anything about Casc 5. If it's poor, what happens to the share price genius? There's no Casc 4 until NEXT YEAR sometime, so you cannot count on that $8m well at all. And then we have to wait for them to complete a Central well without issues, and get close to 10mmcf. And only then can we think of a business throwing off enough money to drill back-to-back wells and pay for freeloader Baay and the fat bod.

as for our h@lfwit house brokers, they have dropped their target by 10%. what i'd like to understand is how they only reduce it by 10% after their last projection when we have been diluted by 25%, casc 5 is later than expected, and casc 4 is delayed until next year (sometime). it's absolutely laughable they are coming out with these numbers when they don't stand up to the slightest bit of scrutiny. maybe working with lyin paul has rubbed off on them, and they just make **** up as they go.

things were bad before the 11p raise. and now they are worse, with far more shares printed, downgraded production and financial guidance (again), casc 5 even later than expected, casc 4 we know nothing about, and the legal case not being pursued, which one can only assume is because calamity baay didn't lock things down when he did a last-minute raise with d@dgy brothers. but yeah, 15p end of week according to ss. and sirtradesalot is talking 30p.

the only way to make money here is to take a massive risk and keep averaging down. and only with an average at sub 16p will you get your money back and some profit in the next 12 months. and this relies on calamity baay getting casc 5 hooked up and flowing on target, and he can drill a well in central at 10mmcf. casc 5 we are still waiting on. and central is the biggest risk of all. they are grossly incompetent and have never drilled there, so are not experts in the geology. and shell didn't bother, even though they had spare capacity and high costs. so to assume they are going to drill 10mmcf wells is laughable. especially given they have f@cked every single thing they have tried for an entire year, starting with trin. they have achieved absolutely nothing without making a huge mess.

getting rid of baay will provide a bigger boost to the sp than casc 5. he literally just makes **** up and you lemmings run at it. central is now the 'hidden gem'. great, so let's wait now until the end of january, providing they can actually drill a well and hit gas.

Lukee, I think most investors would take an offer of 85p or better, and even Kestrel may sell up. The road back to this level seems ridiculous when you have a mgt team that thinks it's fine to jet around doing industry speeches and leave their investors completely in the dark after providing the flimsiest of guidance and one update the entire year in a turnaround period. This alone warrants regular updates, but to stay silent when the sp drops by over 25% in 10 days from levels they have been saying grossly undervalues the business, is truly mind-boggling. If a lowball offer lands then we at least know why they have been staying silent. But at least that will be a good scenario. The bad scenario is we're off guidance, but they don't want to update the market because they are hoping the last 2 months will provide a big boost to their numbers on the back of Black Friday Week etc. Either way, they should address the market if they currently feel confident in meeting guidance.

Ch7win, indeed go back to lurking. You also state that 'Central Block is a hidden gem'. No, it's not. It's an obvious gem that fell in Calamity Baay's lap. We all said it. But it took over 6 months to close. And we've in effect paid almost twice as much when you account for the added dilution required to satisfy the loan terms. The loan terms we knew nothing about. And before anyone says the raise was for accelerating production. Nope, it was to close the loan. One and the same. And all that raise money is only paying for the things we thought were already covered in funds flow from ops from our existing production and Central. The reality is we needed the extra $25m, just to complete Casc 4, 5, Central and pay for the compressor.

Also, you, like everyone else here, are talking as though Central is going to deliver all this additional gas. Calamity Baay couldn't even drill Casc 4 on two attempts. For twice the money. And he has almost certainly f@cked it up badly, regardless of his most recent lies to Johno about not changing its production forecast. If it's going to be fine, then why aren't they focused on getting both Casc 5 and 4 hooked up immediately? Baay cannot drill a well. And yet he has found the secret location of 10mmcf per well that Shell didn't bother drilling with all that excess capacity and massive fixed costs. Don't hold your breath.

At what point will you all wake up to the fact that he is a conman. He has NEVER DELIVERED on his words. The only thing he has delivered is monumental losses for people who have believed him.

It is hard to see how the sp can get any lower. He has destroyed it for years. Now's the time to get rid of the freeloading pr@t and get in a new CEO, CFO and Head Geologist who know how to do the most basic things well.
