IMO SXX will attach some warrants and the bonds will be away, yes some more dilution but hopefully not to much, I read somewhere, most likely here that the buyers were disappointed that there was no attached warrants, SXX would have spoken to potential investors and hopefully asked them what they actually want, if adding warrants is what's needed they would need to pull the bond to restructure it, lots of big investment firms recently moved in at 15p, so this may benefit, the trick for this will be to watch the shooters, if they increase it will most likely be bad for current holders, if decrease then most likely good news, time will tell, there is a new shorter taken a position on the myth of August, not sure who they are connected to if any but it has wobbled my thinking a little, anyway this is what I am thinking of how to try to judge what will happen in the next weeks.

Shorts have increased considerably this month, currently sitting at the Devilish level of 6.66%, increasing of a base level of around 4.46, so a 50% rise.

Thanks for the replies, TC certainly is a bit volatile, hopefully the offers / auction for the airline takes off soon enough, this would help support the current SP, time will tell i guess, Old Thomas Cook eh, all these old comapnies go through some sort of suffering through their tenure at some point, im hoping they flog off the lot to Fosun after the profitable airline is sold, EU holidays these days have become so expensive you can go anywhede in the world for more or less the same price, shame the european assets have sucked the life out of them, still i find it hard to believe that TC is worth zero, once the figures for the airline sale come in, hopedully we will stabalize a bit instead of swinging like crazy.

Hello everyone, ive decided to join you all, it seems theres a small war going on here, hehehehe funny, ive been trying to worl out valuations of the airline, Scandinavian assets and the rest, it seems theres enough interest to play the buyers off each other, i like that scenario, am i correct in that we have about 750mill in debt by way of bonds ??? It seems the 1bill writedown didnt go down to well, but still with 20 mill loyal custimers a yr, thats worth something, 300mill credit facility in place, strong asian growth, TC huge in India and has been taking good market share there, China looks amazingly strong, no wonder Fosun want it, the Scandinavian spin off looks profitable, so its the mature European market that sucks, so any ideas on the plans other than the same company statement as before which obviously will be changing due to current circumstances? So how much is the airline worth ? Looks like some amazing slots across the EU, how much is the Scandinavian assets worth, they look to be good performers so must command a good price if sold, and finally Fosun what could they offer amd for what, will we become a online marketplace and sell off the lot ??? Im curious, as u can see i got loads of crap spinning me crazy in my head lol.

That 1.5bill valuation would be a 100% increase from today, seems a bit juiced up imo, wishful thinking in the current climate, there will certainly be some volatility until ST2 is 100% secured, a lot of new shares need to be digested along with the bonds, to be honest i always thought 1bill was a bit rich at this stage and paid for it with my investment, i dont expect any serious uplift until production, whe the market will look at customers satisfaction with the product, consistent and stable production and quality, but the entry price for new entrants and for averaging down for LTHs is starting to look nice, maybe a few more weeks things might look more intresting lets say.

True valuation is what the market dictates currently 700mill odd.

Long term averages do not really apply to non producing shares, you have the AIM effect of up n down like a yoyo and then a flatline until production once all the good or bad news is factored in.

To new investors, please read these boards and take predictions either way as trash, most people here are not trading for living and provide constant predictions that if the price were to hit they would feel all warm n fuzzy so pls dont listen to the bs as most of them h ave as much experience as yourself. The board is developing in to a cult and to cast a negative post is blasphemy, this shouldnt be like this.

Keep up the posting on the works in progress, if something is snagged im sure we will here first from you, which could entail some severe disruption amd costs along the way, so you are a value to the board, God like, that was funny, your intentions seem sound, brush off the jacket and march on.

When i try and value this company i try to do it with the 10bill shares in circulation and no i wont be saying even my target price either way it is as it should be down to the investor to make this assumption, it is important you learn how to do your own research, try and make it a hobby, if you enjoy you will lap it up.

Shorts up again 6th most shorted stock in the UK at 9.3% not a good place to be imo.

Sipp, ok we all got burnt but you have recovered and will grow further, you sound solid enough, cant win em all, i get the frustrations at the relentless and ridiculous valuations, just skim the crap messages and move on to the 1 in 1000 that is solid info, vent on the board is just pointless

Shorters do this type of trading to push the price down slowly over time, with the extra billions of shares coming to market the shorting game is on, currently shorttracker shows SXX as being the 9th most shorted stock in the UK

I cant remeber the 9p guys name vut what he is doing is basically calling the current company value with full dilution.

Currently were about 850-900 mill in value, if we do not increase in value during dilution then when fully diluted at 10 billion shares the share price would be 9p, so we need to double in value somehow to offset the dilution.

Thats how he comes to the figure if 9p

Shorts dropped slightly then increased again shortly after with a new entrant and a couple ramping up %. With the new entrant and increase by Highbridge Capital ( JPM ) 2.91% increase by 0.11% on 30th April
Och-Ziff Management Europe Ltd 1.31% increase 0.10% 1st of May
Polygon Global Partners LLP ( New entrant ) 0.53% 30th April

While a major player dropped out unfortunately the shorts still remain very high and with it pressure on the Share Price.

JPM Has a substantial short position on SXX and considering they are our Bankers and are in the know im inclined to wait for a respectable decline in Short Positions on SXX before making my next purchase.

I dont post much on these boards, but i do read every message posted and have done for a few yrs now.

While all the LTH seem to really ramp this up in what seems like a cult way, the attacks on the derampers seem to be excessive. While we would all like to see the postives is also advantageous to see the negative side.

While i am no genius on this investing malarky i would say with my 30yrs of interest i am still learning, bloody hard to stay ahead of the curve.

The thing is, is the balance that the both bring, out of all the posts 99% if not more is total garbage but the occasional snippet can be priceless.

Instead of raging at each other and throwing accusations willy nilly because someones opinion differs, maybe try and understand their position from their view, it might save you a house or 2.

Selling at a loss.

While no likes to do it sometimes its worth it, especially if say a share goes to 20p and everyone tells you theres a equity raise half the compnay size then yes it makes sense to sell wait it out and then rebuy, that way you will actually get back into profit a hell of a lot quicker, making a occasional move here and there might make or save you another house.

With the 2nd set of bonds that will be issued to confirm the st2 finance will we see another drop at that time regarding the bonds, wont they be converted like this set is

Ennismore reduced their position down from 0.80% - 0.59% a drop of 0.21%

Good news today, the Euro Torp is in, this is what the lenders wanted, they wasnt to happy about the flimsey chinese deals so this settles what was needed for the stage 2.

Adding all the Torps upvit looks like if all goes to plan the ramp up to 20 MTPA could happen relatively smmoth and quickly, just need to get the mine built on time and within budget. Stage 2 was always in the bag imo, its the $ 400 - 600 mill overhang thats holding us back, once that is dealt with it should hopefully be relatively smooth going.

If this project is taken on the shorters will drive this right down like the way they did last time. The reason it got slammed so hard was the size of debt, if we take on the Russian deal then we will have a huge dept pile again until it is up and running While Russia is risky for a UK company KAZ is based in Kahaxastan which in turn has very good relations with Russia. If KAZ was to be taken private they woukd have done it last time when the company went to 100p Copper is going to be weak for a quarter or 2 with expected increse in prices due to lack of supply early 2019 but this also coincides with the Russian deal, I'm out except for a small holding. Will watch this closely over the next few months and will ride other investments, but in the long run KAZ will ride the storm as normal and come back stronger, hopefully I can catch the bottom but I'm in no rush to pile in here. I'm out, not impressed here at all, lost a chunk, Not happy about the USA deal and not happy about the election in Mali either, combined with the physiological 30p support broken and expected performance if POG I can't justify being here anymore. I wish everyone all the best and I will most likely see the recovery and be sick but I can't be here no more so good luck to everyone. Funky
