This is my spin on whats gonna happen.

Outright sale : Is the only option for someone wanting this project, pick it up for peanuts make a killing for 100yrs, Probability I would say quite high if enough time can be found. I would doubt it would be as high as 15p.

Strategic partner : Takes 75% of project, leaving SXX 20% n Gina 5%, out come for SH, would most likely be positive, long wait for your money back but possible. IMO
about 2% chance unless below is achieved without dilution and the life support is sufficient.

The company has so far failed in its search for 3billion funding.

Now imo if JPM can get them away then that's that.

Option : Maybe the company has been told finish the shafts and revisit : Probability 10% , IMO the company will look to finish off the shaft for the ability to mine Poly, this would hopefully give the companywmough revenue to be atleast on life support, I'm not sure how the long the planners would allow this to limp on in this state, this would also depend on the board taking a pay cut.

Now IMO there are only really two options left, no one is going to pop along and offer 500mill to maybe finish of the riskiest part of the venture when you cant even secure the minerals rights against the investment, they have zero security and if something slips up it's on them and if finance isn't available again it's on them but this time for 3bill or they have to walk, zero chance. But they might pop along and say I will take it off your hands.

Now if the plan is to finish the shafts and start small production, can this be done with what money is left ? If not how much is needed and who long will it all take, imo there will need to be another tap on the SH to get to that stage, how much would they need I wouldn't know, I sold out on the last drop and wont invest here unless soild funding is announced.

Imo yes your right, for a buy out, I always thought that, the company would either go to Teck or they would provide financing for HZM mine build, Teck provided a good chunk of the early project area for a sizeable chunk of equity and have had good long term relations with HZM, I always liked Teck, if the world collapses it's not my shopping list, looks like it always reverts to 5$ in hard times.

1.The bonds have tried and failed at 15p, so zero chance there
2. A suitable strategic investor would take control of the project and take atleast 75% of the project due to having to find 3 billion and sort out the mess that's called SXX, IMO

3. Doesnt make sense, the city is not here to help us there here to make money one way or another, it makes no difference to them if sxx survive or not, JPM one of the biggest and most powerful banks in the world couldnt sell our bonds at 15%, SXX asked to be able to attach warrants to get them sold but JPM refused this and allowed us to fall into our current situation, the city they either short or go long resulting in then making money either way

I also have read alot about this, IMO China is not that interested in doing a new deal with Trump, Trump wants a deal because he is scared of a crash before he is re elected, China is thinking should they wait out and see if Trump loses the next election before making a deal, as that is in just over a years time I see no chance of a deal, both have made strong comments to their public and more the chinese than trump do not want to lose face. Trunp has had a few deals ready and agreed with China but have all fallen at the last minute due to China changing the deal at the final hurdle, IMO the Chinese will look to destabilise Trump in the next year only trying to limit the damage of new tarrifs until the election, if Trumo wins they will deal if he doesnt it will most likely revert to the current deal which China benefits way to much from for being classed as a developing country, why the 2nd largest economy in the world has development benefits is beyond me and this is what Trunp is trying to realign.

IMO the trade war will get worse before it gets better, China may also decide that a global recession is unavoidable and may decide it's better long term for them to move this forward and hope Trump is not re elected, we will see in time how this pans out, but imo its not trump its china that we need to move their position to make a deal, it's been close a few times but the way the chinese work is that the negotiations are agreed at negotiations level and then the deal is sent to china for approval at which point china always make extra demands, this move by China has apprently been the blueprint for global trade deals and this is why the trade deals that have nearly been sorted always collapse.
