A glimmer of light seemed to appear in our current long dark tunnel, finally a what looks like a good articule or two have appeared in the media, so what will it cost us to do what is needed ??

How much would it cost to finish the shaft sinking and how long will it take ?

How much money is needed to start small scale production and how long will it take ?

Will this be enough to secure funding ?

Where will the money come from ? Strategic investor or dilution in a capital raise ?

If anyone has a opinion on these question please respond, thanks.

You would be right but we would be left with a very small amount of the company and no control over how long and what happens with the business but yes we would be able to finish the project and make some money, but would it be enough to turn a profit long term for the Pi????? Over 10yrs yes most likely but it would most likely be close to break even imo

The problem with a ri is that it is still not guaranteed the banks will lend, dont buy more yet, wait and see what happens first.

The best option is government backing, this would square us back to where we were if not better at no loss to PI and II.

Otherwise a rights issue coz if we have a strategic investor we will most likely be left with a small % of the company and no control. Instigate buy backs when it's coming in, lots of companies do have gabillions of shares so it's always a maybe

If we do have a investor what would be nice would be if the company agreed to give all profits to share holders and sell at max production again giving it all back, that's just wishful thinking, most likely they would take the money and try to diversify into a another project.

What's 20% of 20billion tons a yr in money terms 200 mill after costs ? Maybe if we were lucky we would get a pe of 5 making us worth a bill, long wait for maybe tho ((((

Thanks for your reply, yep that's a option, we would need to move quickly as I believe this will slowly drift lower as we have no plan atm, at our current price we would add another 10billion shares, but if we drift to low it becomes a non starter, shorts have also increased, very frustrating grrr

Well as we were standing there at the airport my wife said what's wrong, she could see my distress, I told her we had lost 250k on SXX, luckily for me she gave me a cuddle and a kiss told me she loves me and that we still have each other regardless and that we will make it back at some point, luckily shes a diamond and her support has helped me to mentally deal with my our trauma, being truthful is important in a relationship.

Hi well I was queuing at the airport when the news dropped, lost 250k on this crap, shame I thought it was a done deal, sold out took my last 100k just before we took off, but I am and will still follow this like I am still in, cant read 3000 messages as internet in Cuba sucks and I dont have connectivity.

So let's take a look at what our options are now, were down but not out yet.

1 : Government backing, this would be our best scenario, this would get our money back as there would be no dilution but unfortunately we have already been told no twice, chance maybe 10 - 5%

2 : Strategic investor, they would most definitely take control of the project but would keep SXX to deal with the planners, I would expect them to take about 70% Gina has 5 % royalty so that would leave us with about 25%

3 : Full sale, we could sell on the project and be left with just a shell

4 : I cant remember our 4th option could someone please enlighten me thanks in advance.

While some may make loose comparison of roulette and betting on red and black, I find this quite amusing, I was a professional poker player for 12 years and have spent a huge amount of time in casinos across the world playing a rather more specialised 4 card poker game called PLO, I would regularly go allin on a 50-50min shot and would also win my fair share, but I would also have 4-5 buy ins ready and waiting, while a flip is quite dangerous I find it hard to believe some would compare the same odds to our current position in SXX, while a successful bond is crucial to continue as planned not quite terminal IMOas other options would still be available, maybe not as palatable but none the less available.
I personally have gone allin on a share or a few before, the rush of the game takes hold, you can feel the blood in your veins pumping, the sweetness of success brings about a unique euphoric rush through your brain and then theres the money you made, oooo the sweetness.

I have also lost on a share allin, a huge amount over 6 figures lost, again you can feel your heart beating as you await the drop of a rns the tension builds with the anticipation of what you could make and then boom it's a bad one, the panic sets in, what should I do ? Hold Sell cant even get in the market as its locked due to volume ( most likely MM letting their friends out first at your expense ) its dropping more and more cant sell what to do, wait I get a price, o no really that low, 10secs to decide SELL SELL no wait really idk what to do, by the time your in your down 30%, u wait n hold and see but the depression moves in after your shock wears off, you look to the bb, everyone's the same, what happened, what will happen, why, who's to blame, whatever happens the depression will and does stay for a long time, you wont break it until its sold and you accept your loss.

This is how it is in my own personal experience, not for the weak minded, you will have a nervous breakdown, only for the brave, I have won and lost millions over the yrs, some with regret some not, every big loss Is and always will be a regret but some people appetite for risk is stronger for us, one thing for sure if your allin you have Balls of Steel, I personally dont see this as a punt, time will tell besides who listens to a gambler anyway.

So far so good by the looks of things to me so far, shorts havent markedly increased, plus for me, most of the shorts are IMO hedges against the CB.
Share price has steadily increased from a low of 7.5 to 11.7p, another big plus for me.
Volume : Lots of of book trades going on, any one has views on this ? Maybe MM accumulation behind the scenes, who knows. Neutral for me.
Ince we see high volumes most likely 100mill plus, either way up or down that would be a strong signal of imminent news to me. If we keep rising into this higher volume , this would be a incredibly strong positive signal of good news coming IMO, if the share price starts taking a battering and lots of sells arise, then this would signal a big negative in news coming.
Bonds : No news yet from SXX, but as we have seen on the board ( thanks to contributions from all ) with all the links and a few of our board contributors of links, the bond markets seem to be in considerably good shape to our previous launch, positive for me imo.
I was under the impression we offered a rate of 12% previously, if I remember correctly the buyers asked for 13.5% and " some asked for warrants " no doubt we will offer what is needed to get over the line, fingers crossed with only increased % as not everyone asked for warrants.
The banks are basically taking liberties even at 12% this is already incredibly high, to ask for 13.5% is just plain greed the ones that want warrants are really pushing it to the limits, some may have said 12% give us warrants attached some may have said ok if you dont want warrants we want 13.5% would love to be a fly on the wall sometimes. As I havent checked this % might be slightly out, feel free to roast me if so.
Either way what must be remembered is that this is not our preferred road for finance, therefore it will have been less prepared as to the original plan, but still JPM is our banker to go to, he likes fees, big fat £££ fees, this is their job, their money to make so we will roll with the big boys and see what they can do for us and their friends and of course we will pay them huge amounts of £££ for the pleasure, I believe it's in the hundreds of millions.
Government backing guarantee : if it comes through fabulous, if not we carry on as planned. If received we could expect to save a good few £££ due to the ability to offer alot lower rates.
Going allin : Why not if you feel strongly on something, you only live once, for some the buzz is overwhelming, tension builds on anticipation, you can feel the blood in your veins, the euphoria of being right and the depression of being wrong, Diesel Only For The Brave, I have lived and died by this strategy before, not for the faint hearted, only strong minded need apply, consequence
So we await some rather crazy volume, if it is positive news I would expect the RNS would cause the volume to rocket to be highest to date.

Thanks for your reply, yes indeed Hemp seems to have quite magical properties, now the global powers that be have now shifted sentiment towards legalisation of the plant a whole new industry has started to open up, products ranging from Building materials, clothing, recreation use, medicines, foods and drinks and many more make this plant look desirable for exploitation at every level, maybe the next big thing that will become mainstream, got to be some $$$ to be made there at some point for all, including Sirus
