Cruis there is a multitude of factors and no set formula.
Regards premium on Morrisons v Cineworld or any other it is always worth noting the SP high of the last 12 months and expect offer to be north of that for a start.
As already mentioned also the form of bid/takeover is a factor.
Last time I was a shareholder of a company that was taken over there was a premium of over 100% of recent price. (That was still long way from its historical highs, but considerably more than anything in the previous year).
Rather move to relevant subjects on the here and now of this business though.
Stated view several times on regular takeover talk not holding value.
Look at how many companies there are out there and then see how often we have takeovers.
Let's see company back to business with a nice strong upcurve in attendance and revenues month on month on month on.... that will drive us and any other stuff is cream on it.

Overall percentage vaccinated similar and both with pockets of areas/certain groups of people with lower uptake.
Any major reversals I think are now just so unlikely for many reasons.

If it's not seen as a problem in the UK then should be no different in USA (similar percentage of populations fully vaccinated).
Guess the question then is do we view it a concern in UK!?
Vaccines work (very well) so I think it's now forward we all roll while encouraging as many as possible to keep taking their chance to be vaccinated as soon as possible.

If I recall rightly now the cineworld at mine removed the couple seats in centre of foyer.
There were never many. There are seats to side where they have a Starbucks and they are still there (think even they were away first couple weeks).
Spoons, sugar etc removed from customer access so have to ask those serving you if required.
