Grow the business back and return to profits and in that timeframe likely profits higher than previously with corresponding increases in SP that benefits everyone.

No the debt is paid off in usual manner with the appropriate interest.
It's a sweetener to be able to secure the additional liquidity at no real extra cost to the company.

Reality is this will happen when SP is COMFORTABLY over £1 probably far more.
All current investors will be delighted and not notice any small movement this has on SP at time.

Anyone that's not trading this stock that sells at current levels is off their head.
Vaccines (multiple) are here and more effective than anyone previously could have dreamt off.
Government's around the world are committed to getting people vaccinated very quickly.
Company has liquidity now to comfortably see it past realistic opening times.
Studios should early next year become far more confident and commit and stick to release dates.
I would be amazed if come spring (maybe later spring) cinemas were not open trading well and the most vulnerable vaccinated.

Cineworld is now arguably a better value play than it has been at almost any other time.
Risk has all but been removed and upside potential is still a multi bagger.
Look at AMC probably in a worse position and see it's comparative price movement.

You seem to assume Cineworld are unable to make any changes to their business e.g. reduce lease coats (which they have already agreed with many landlords).
This increases profitability.
Re negotiate loan costs and structure which they have done.
Increase sales prices.
Increased demand for product as there has been recent evidence of continued and growing demand for cinema.
It's all about what you want to believe and or read.
Your position is clear and you are completely closed to other possibilities/outcomes.

No it's same as every other RNS regards MS and this share they are making money from trading it regularly.
This particular one was for the 19th, check out price movements that day and you will see how it was nice earner potentially.

While a c. 20% rise is always welcome I can't help but feel rather underwhelmed.
Considering previous spikes in price and relative news I was rather expecting MUCH more.
For the months of uncertainty to only be circa 10% up on what's probably the last 4/5 months average share price and only about 30% pre covid price I would have thought this news justified a rise to more like 70 - 90p anyway.
Could have saved lot of stress and just bought in today now we have a near certain future secured with little to no negative outcome possibilities.

Oh well let's be grateful days of 15 - 30p should be well behind us at least.

Many long will either still be down on investment or small percentage up and few shorters will have been "burnt" anything like may have been expected (hoped by some).
Definitely long still on this as no intention of making only 10% for the ups and downs had since summer here.

It's an excellent outcome. Share price will be sufficiently higher it will not have negative effect on us.

It is now far from it and an absolute bargain in the 50's.
Anyone in a position to get in or top up now is laughing.
I am not in position to top up as had gone in heavy few months back.
Happy to be holding now for recovery though, be nice to have less concerns of possible negative outcomes.
