Well it is up 160% in under 5 weeks to be fair.
While I feel it should be sitting higher on facts we have at this point in time we can't complain too much.
If investing long-term day or week movements are of little concern.

I think for many shares they are less effected by vaccine approval (we all pretty much knew that was happening for couple weeks now) than Brexit uncertainty.
I don't think the market always acts exactly logically e.g. Cineworld is a predominantly USA business (75%) yet UK news often effects it a lot.
Any green day's are good though.
Patience is key and timing with investing :-)

Consistently buying at absolute lows and selling at absolute highs is at best unlikely.

9% rise yesterday would largely have been due to this .
Further rise still likely.

Cineworld current borrowings as a whole and entire package currently average 4.5% interest.
Individual rates previously quoted on individual elements of this total borrowing are, like some people on the BB a complete irrelevance!!
The rest of the reflux that's been spilled by yourself tonight repeated on a never ending basis remains tripe not worthy of response.

I am less convinced the Goldman RNS (only one with significant movement) is any real indicator of future long term confidence as yet though.
Less than MS, but they have been up and down trading this already and they appear again to have made a dip in SP for themselves to guarantee a quick profit should they desire.
You past mistakes in investment are behind you.

Yes as Drifty69 says.
Realistically the Share Price should be 70 -90p since start last week as finances confirmed and vaccines nobody realistically believes they won't be approved for use in next week or so.
That element I feel has been held back so once confirmed I would expect another little rise.
Then it's roll out - early roll out success - r numbers below 1 consistently - restrictions relaxed more and more - cinemas open - movies released on regular basis - cinema attendance growing - kerching cash in the bank - debts being paid - debts being reduced.
SP up up up up up up (with investable dips along the way)

5 and half years on the boards and in cineworld at 28p I don't think you can claim to be a real rookie.
Been on the boards long enough to witness these RNS from same companies several times.

Regardless of the p*sh some would have us believe on here NOBODY times the top and bottom of shares with and regularity.
Just hold your balance a little longer than first planned and you will make it back and more :-)

Yes Goldman crossed level on Thursday, what a coincidence that is the day the SP was set for rise in early morning trading then FL"falsely" pushed down rapidly before then starting a gradual club back.

Cheers Drifty69, happy to sacrifice 2021 birthday for that level.
Perfectly achievable I believe in that timeframe as you and other long holders do I am sure.
Once business is back in full swing I can see Mooky with bit between his teeth and driving this stronger than ever in time.
When we have a year or so trading I will be relaxed to have money sitting in share for the point in time we see a return to dividends.
At that point any fears of wipe out of investment are gone so whether it's 1 or 5 years without dividends I am not that fussed (don't see it being anything like 5 years)

February 29th so only a birthday every 4 years.
This would explain the child like behaviours and general resentment of anyone being happy :-)

I am happy to wait an extra Birthday as I am January for £2 - £3 range ;-)
