As I said playing with numbers and getting yourself in a mess to be honest.
The £20m you refer to is an irrelevance.
However of you wish to follow through your game of numbers and go to your value being £70m right now.
You are telling us all that not tomorrow, not next week, not next month not some point in next 5 YEARS the share price today right now should be/is worth circa 85p.

Thank you for finally confirming that your belief is Cineworld shares will be worth "significantly more" than current 55p levels in the future.
This is why many here are long-term holders and happy to be so.

The lenders PAY 41.6p per share under that warrant if and when they decide to execute that right.
Cineworld at worst "GAVE" lenders a 10% discount on a right to buy shares.
You claim to have several VERY successful investments from the 80s and 90s why spend an inordinate amount of time on ONE single share you do not see as off value.
Enjoy your great wealth from previous success and move along rather than twist details in a feeble attempt to discredit both this company, it's board and people that have done their own research and invested happily here.

I think Cineworld are HIGHLY unlikely to open remainder of this year now for reasons we have previously discussed.
USA and UK is their current market and both are still heavily affected by covid with restrictions in place.
WW is only ONE movie and also the joint streaming/theatrical release is not something Mooky favours. (Though HBO max is only a USA product so far as I understand).
Cineworld will most likely wait until sometime late Feb to mid May to reopen when a number of movies is available. While Tenet no doubt made money for the cinemas there wasn't any other product around it to support it and keep cinema profitable that's why we got another closure.
Mulan and anything else that has or will stream is largely an irrelevance.
Movies have always skipped cinema and many will continue to do so. They run alongside those that do go to cinema. It's not competition.
Despite what some have said and the media coverage of it the Oxford vaccine is still successful (even at the lower rate of 70, yes 70% this is higher than was hoped from any vaccine prior to first confirmed results).
There will be more than one vaccine given emergency approval and rolled out within weeks from now, do not doubt that.

MOOla this year of covid and months of uncertainty and fear regards Cineworld and any future it may or may not have is now being played upon especially by this new shorter arrival.
This last month of news realistically should see us minimum 70's and £1 would not be completely unjustified.
The major holders will not gift their shares so it's only us PIs that can allow the shorters any easy ££.
Do not let them fear you into something you will regret very much folks.
This is no longer that gamble share many saw a few months ago.
As I said we now have number of vaccines which are about to be given the green light to roll out, no it's buts or maybes on that..
This fact in hand with the secured additional funding (higher than most expected/hoped) means the company will be here to open up and rebuild a stronger than ever profitable business with a share price way beyond current levels.

With new arrival in the shorters we have seen real pressure to drop the share price and even the earlier in week increases were not what they should have been.
Cineworld is in a far better place than a couple of months ago and edging ever closer to being back to business in a safe and profitable way.

Each week that passes gives more and more certainty and the shorters are running out of time to scare you into letting them out on the super cheap.

Am happy with outcome of financial negotiations that's all that matters .
You can have different view, time will tell who got it more right.

Your example would be £1.39 per share profit for them essentially.
They have taken a level of risk as have shareholders (just they gave it as a loan during difficult financial times for all).
They are not guaranteed a future share price above 41p as none of us are.

I understand the deal made and it's likely benefits for all concerned.
It is a deal that shows the value of having experts in the field in such negotiations.
This outcome has also solidified my belief in the abilities of Mooky and the Cineworld board and it's future.
It also further shows how Mooky values the shareholders.
Company pre covid was very generous with dividends and in these negotiations they have got likely the best outcome they could have with least negative impact to shareholders.
Happy to come back in 1, 3 and 5 years to revisit the value or otherwise of the outcome of this agreement with lenders.
Until then nothing further to be gained by talking further about it.
