With 1300m plus shares in circulation I see no need for the share price to be over £1 for this to be part of a financing package.
Maybe I am not fully understanding the mechanics of a RI.
To write off all and any options that are less favourable to us long holders seems ill-founded.
Why have negotiations with lenders and experts in the field of such financial negotiations if there is only one possible outcome as some portray this?
