Yes same school as shorter with arithmetic and reading high on the curriculum.
Shorter informed us all yesterday that buying at 31p to then sell at 24p gives a 20% GAIN.
How can any of us disagree with these two Mensa members.

Bond regards cinema take is similar to the other films that make cinema each year. DC/Marvel etc.
Smaller budget films have always partly gone straight to home viewing market and will continue to do so.
Streaming as dvd/video/TV all did before works WITH/ALONGSIDE cinema.

Agree with Sammy, little banter is fine and even to be encouraged.

Decent read again showing that streaming will not be replacing cinema. They just can not compete on the numbers. See Netflix comments also, they realise this and know their market is producing their own far lower budget originals.

Nope, simply trying to be educated as to how buying at a higher price than any so far possible sell price is a 20% gain.

Remet you do not read RNS and do not understand them. Direct quote from yourself.
Selling for less than you paid is normally considered a loss not a gain, but you seem to have a far more interesting take on profit and loss.

So in ShorterGuy school you buy an item for 31p and subsequently sell it for 24p and that makes you a circa 20% gain and are profitable.

If they have since sold as you suggest we are still to see the RNS and it would have to be a sale AFTER that time.
I don't see any 20% rise since then.

They added to their holdings on 23rd, a day where the price range was above current levels all day.

Have repeated this several times look at the RNS over last couple months.
We can NOT take any confidence from their dealings as they have been at this level many many times.
They go up down up down...
Only thing I can figure from it is they are biggest traders in the share and therefore likely partly responsible for a lot of the falls we have seen in the SP.
They have NOT shown confidence or significantly increased their holding etc etc

On the basis that the legal obligation for an RNS to report otherwise, then yes people are still holding this. Over 72% held by 10 holders for a start.

Imagine for a moment you are compiling the list of likely top 10 Grossing blockbusters at the start of the year for the year 2020.
Now review that list and reflect on the fact than cinema has largely speaking been closed this year.
Ok, now go through that list one last time in the knowledge that this has been the "perfect storm" if ever there was to be one for straight to streaming and compile two lists. 1 with all from that 10 that have went to streaming and second list with those either released to cinema or currently after a number of date changes are still marked for cinema release.
