Facts are we have no idea of current or future revenues, so whilst it is welcome we are a business open for trade again nothing is guaranteed.
We will know 6 months/a year from now if the movie line up was great.
I think it's pretty good, but can somes argument it is not. Marvel stuff which is big I would say is less enticing than last few years (arguably).
Many are sequels and while some will no doubt do well I think it nieve to believe all will do great.
Bottom line the FACT is we do not KNOW yet.

No chance me "jumping in you" as I fully agree with statement.
This is important start/building point.
The business won't turn around in a week or a month but building back the constant feed of regular movies and the MEGA movies starts now.

As I said CINEWORLD have not quoted pre pandemic levels.
That article doesn't even mention 2019.
It is also not specifically about Cineworld.
Not saying it wasn't a good start, but it's a fair way yet to go.

If the SP is north of say £1:20 come start of trading next week I will conceded I was wrong regards being "out" this share over weekend.
Realism is my preference however .
Shorts didn't exactly reduce by noteworthy amounts.
Mooky stated it was a good first weekend (better than expected).
He didn't say it was better than say pre pandemic.
One good movie takings (remember Tenet) doesn't make everything good (YET).
I believe Cineworld is on its road back, the road is yet rather longer than last weekend or this BH weekend.
Have heard the "wouldnt want to be out this share now" line far too many times over last year and yet even today we are still having opportunities to buy in.

If I was out of this share considering getting in I wouldn't be losing any sleep over one bank holiday weekend.
Sure I "may" need to pay a few % more after the weekend, BUT I "may" also have gained more clarity on numbers after that weekend.
Price worth paying potentially.

25th yesterday and that is when shorts reduced jist for clarity to all :-).

Personally not counting on any one single film for Cineworld share price and not forecasting any one day/one week/one month share price movements.
Steady and continued stream of movies with building solid demand and the dozen or whatever "MEGA MOVIES" per year is what I AM counting on for sustainable long term growth :-)
