Are you capable of reading Dave? My post has nothing to do with any RNS landing. Numpty.
Another numpty obsessed with other people's investments. As long as you hold here then why worry about everyone else.
Those that don't hold are surely of no concern to you.
I think I started reading this board after Rowka had disappeared so I never saw his posts but if we do end up with some kind of a sale at £3.50 it'll be a very different sale to what Rowka was talking about back then. The info that has come to light in the last few weeks has changed the game and there's no way anyone could have forseen it.
Even with all the latest info I still refuse to belive this will ever get to £3.50. I'd rather be extremely surprised if it does than disappointed if it 'only' comes out at £1.50.
It would give every single one of us a free ride as no one has ever paid 50p for their shares.
What happened in the last 2 minutes? Or did you actually turn your back for 6 hours? Maybe turn your back again and see what else happens.
Marshall, If someone offered you £5-£12 for your shares (obviously they didn't, it's blatant lies or an attempted scam) why wouldn't you snap their hand off then just buy the same number of shares back again on the open market for the current SP of 27p?
I swapped my EUA shares from a normal share account in to a new ISA with HL this morning but I had to buy new shares in the ISA then sell the other ones. Only possible to do if you have the money to buy first, luckily I did.
Doing it that way cost me about 150 shares plus 2 transaction fees but will hopefully save me a lot of CGT in the future.
Aviz, is there anyone you haven't filtered?
Why come on a message board full of different opinions if you don't like different opinions?
We don't know what price the rights issue will be at but what we do know (although you don't seem to know) is that more share equals dilution.
The MCap of the company won't increase due to a rights issue therefore the company value will have been diluted.
What is does mean is that the company will have more cash in the bank to move the company forward. If they make the right moves then the value of the company may increase. Obviously as share holders that's what we want in the long run. In the short term however it means dilution.
It's possible a sale is still on but not in the short term. Whatever was put up for sale last year clearly hasn't received an offer good enough to conclude a sale so it looks like the BOD are trying to improve the financial value of the company to either progress alone or achieve a decent sale price.
It looks like there could be a potential rights issue coming which means a dilution of the share price.
I predict a fall in the SP on Monday. Hopefully only a small fall though.
This is looking more and more like a very long term hold to see any value from the current position.
I'm just starting my research on RMM to potentially buy in. Have read a few RNS and a bit of the message board. Will continue to read more to see how much to invest. But my question is, of those that are already holding and know more about RMM than I do at the moment, what's your 12 month forcast for the share price? It's obviously very low at the moment but what do we see as possible here in the short to medium term?
Here we go again with the obession with other people's postings. If you actually had any faith in your own investments you wouldn't feel so insecure about what others write on a message board.
Always obsessed with the people you have filtered. Just concentrate on your own investments and life will be a lot happier.
Napalm, If you're not currently a holder of SYME then your time to buy would have been about 8:10am today and you'd have been sitting on about 20% profit already by close of play. If you wait for the next release of good news you could be buying in at 0.6p if you're lucky.
There will only be further clarity given if there is any better news to give. He's not going to be in any rush to clarify this morning's bad news.
I only bought in farily small in this one because I knew it was a punt but I always knew it would take 2 or 3 years if not more to see decent returns. This is a brand new business just finding its feet. There is no guarantee it will take off and certainly no guarnatee it'll do so quickly. Not every news release or update is going to be a positive one, we just have to hope there will be enough positive moves to grow the company. Long term holders just sit back and relax.
As I said, last trading update was 30th November
Last time we got a trading update was 30th Nov. Over the following 3 days the SP stayed fairly static around 0.35p then there was a very delayed reaction that sent the SP up over 0.5p with no further news announced.
So if tomorrow's RNS seems like positive news but we don't see the SP rise don't lose heart. It could be next week before the market reacts.
I'd love to see some news that will start to propel the SP towards 1p.
If the RNS is ready after hours tonight, why wouldn't it be released tonight to hit the end of month target?
If there a time deadline on each day when the release of an RNS stops? Can it not be 8pm for example?
Not that it makes a difference. Once the market has closed, it's closed.
It's the anonymity of the Internet that brings the confrontation. If you had exactly the same people in a room together expressing exactly the same views it would be done with a fraction of the abuse that's hurled around on the Internet.
If you were in the pub discussing your investments with someone and he said he thought SYME would drop 30% in the next week you wouldn't call him a deramper or a botfly but those terms appear on every single post on these forums.
I honestly don't care what opinions others have as long as they are provided in a civil manner and people respect the opinion of others. Those that constantly ramp a share day in, day out seem to be the worse and shoot down anyone that's not 100% positive in every post. The reality is that no investment is going up in a straight line so not everything will be positive. Life has its ups and downs and so do investments.
