The last few RNS to be released that appeared to be good news have been met with a decreasing share price so don't be setting your expectations too high about a 5 year mining plan being released. The LTH rampers will no doubt tell you the next RNS is yet another game changer but it's the market that gives the real view of how the news is viewed.
Just because we've seen a good couple of week to climb back above 30p, it doesn't mean we'll stay here. Hopefully we will but EUA has been highly unpredicatable for a long time.
I really don't see what the problem is. You can see the more accurate live price on various other platforms including Google Finance then you receive an actual live quote from HL once you request a quote to buy or sell.
I've just done a dummy quote to sell 10,000 shares and it updated from 32.5p to 36.2p so it's definitely giving live data whn you actually try to trade.
As long as it's an increase rather than a decrease I'll be happy. After several months of watching EUA drop, drop & drop further, even a stead hold above 30p will be nice viewing for a few weeks.
You're still talking a fraction of 1% of the company so while that volume may raise eyebrows, I still can't see it affecting the SP in any significant way.
I'd imagine once the dividend has been taken there will be huge volumes of shares sold as people exit from their current investments with a tidy profit.
You'd have to own one hell of a lot of shares to influence the share price even the slightest bit by selling your entire holding in one go. You'd need to own £8.4m worth of shares just to own 1% of the company at the current SP.
Assuming you own less than £100k worth of shares, it won't even be noticed as a single transaction.
The price will be what the price will be. Low prices are great for those looking to buy shares, high prices are great for those looking to sell. For those looking to hold and wait for the dividend coming from the asset sale then the current SP is pretty much irrelevant.
Great post, would read again
The rampers seem to think that a very busy chat board full of positive posts is going to boost the SP and ultimately result in a bumper pay day when the sale concludes. However the reality is the SP continues to drop and the outcome of the EUA sale will be exactly the same whether this or any other chat forum even exists.
Anything said on here (including all my posts) is completely irrelevant to the running of EUA, its market valuation and its potential sale.
"what happens tomorrow"
If the big RNS drops and you hold EUA shares you potentially gain some extra money.
If the big RNS drops and you don't hold EUA shares you're potentially out enjoying the sunshine, playing with the kids, a hard day at work, sky diving or whatever else takes your fancy.
Either way, you'll only gain through your own portfolio so no need to worry about the investments of others.
People having been saying every single day for the last 12 months "I feel sorry for the people that are out of this when the big RNS drops" but the big RNS has never come. What has happened is the SP has peaked over 40p and dropped to 15p. So those that were out over the last 12 months could buy in now and be better off than most. They could potentially buy back in in another 3 or 4 months and be even better off than now. If you're not invested in EUA when the big RNS drops you've lost nothing, you just haven't gained anything.
I haven't gained £190bn because I don't own Amazon but that doesn't mean I've lost out on £190bn.
Worry about your own portfolio and what you personally stand to lose or gain. The fortunes of others is not your concern.
Gecko, there should be very little difference between the dividend (for substantially all of the company) and a full company sale.
If the board do actually get a sale for substantially of the company assets, there should be very little of the company left. Therefore the remaining share price after the dividend will be very low although there will be the potential for more growth in the share price if the remaining assets are successfully developed.
I bought in to this one with the expectation it would be a 5 year hold. I have a minimum sell target of 3p but I'll reassess as the company developsy. At this point in time the limitations of the company are completely unknown and open for anyone to have a good guess at it.

A perfect description of Mac4671
People were saying exactly the same several months ago at 30p and even at 40p. Sometimes it pays to be out just a little bit longer then eventually get in cheaper.
Personally, I'm in but would have been better off not being in for the last 9 months. I could have bought in a lot cheaper over the last couple of weeks. I'm staying in and holding firm but I doubt there will be any really exciting news for a few more months. None of the information provided by the company has given me any confidence that the deal that will ultimately happen is actually going to happen any time soon.
The divident date HAS NOT BEEN SET as there has been no sale agreed.
When a sale is agreed we will find out about it pretty damn quickly because AIM rules says they have to let the market know.
Stop spouting rubbish.
If a sale had already been agreed then we'd know about it by now because they'd have to release the information to the market within a reasonable timeframe (Probably no more than a couple of days).
The agreement of a sale might be 90% there but it's certainly not 100% agreed yet so for those not fully invested and wanting to get the dividend, there is still time to buy at a great price.
The irony of those that call people bedwetters, botflys, greenbox types etc see themselves as more mature and more knowledgable. The reality is they are all immature and need constant reassurance and ramping to give themselves a warm fuzzy feeling about their investment.
I've seen Billions post a few things that can be rightfully criticised but why jump on his comment above which is 100% factually correct.
No real news in the RNS but more hints towards 'jam tomorrow' as usual. This should give more confidence and help to improve the SP but judging by the last 9 months, I doubt it will. Surely it can't send this further down and it would be pretty hard to spin this one in to bad news.
