@ Minecheck-I totally agree with your statement but take issue with the "de-risked" aspect.I don't think anyone is naive enough to believe an unbuilt mine is technically "de-risked" but the term is used generically (certainly by me) as meaning that the largest hurdles have now been overcome and we can move onto construction and then overcome any hurdles we may encounter.The terms of the offtake must take into account the superb ESG credentials here and like you I look forward to seeing them-it will be interesting to see if they are released (or even exist) before the AGM when we are to be asked to vote on the Director's option package

As pi's it is just "par for the course" that we all question our decisions and revisit our reasons for investing. The circus is in town at the moment,and they are positive they can prey on the doubts of the weak. What they have MASSIVELY misjudged is the character of the BoD,and a nucleus of pi's. By applying the "African arm up the back" extortion technique ,they will have been positive that they would get the usual result and our BoD will have gone down the easy route and folded.
What a shock it must be to orchestrate a smear campaign, and threaten "Mickey Mouse "actions in court ,only to find yourself on the receiving end of two significant real court actions in both Zambia and the UK.I can assure everyone invested here that the resolve and of the BoD is as strong (maybe stronger than) it ever was, and "the circus" is an irritating distraction .
