A couple of weeks ago when the Zambian "Impersonation" court cases were announced,I said I fully expected to see 2 or 3 more attempts in a campaign to leverage cash or a deal from Arc. It quickly became clear that their desperation for cash or a deal was only surpassed by their morbid fear of incarceration, so the attacks on Arc became relentless-I still expect some more rubbish, but would like to have been a fly on the wall this morning ,when the Mushy squad met at HQ to discuss options after the Zambian Daily Mail article, and those chilling words were spoken "That bloody Shirnding, he's only gone and done something honest again, Dam him ! How do we deal with that ? Let's see if Jubilee have any bright ideas ?":-))

Jubilee would have no legal need to include an MOU of unspecified financial implications in their Accounts.It's merely a future possible bid/option however unethical .So to say the accounts show everything (i.e. audited accounts) is at best naive.

A poster on the other site (fb) has done a great deal of lengthy research into several Arc related matters, and although conspiracy theories can make you believe what you want to see,it does seem however that Colin Bird's mention in the Ruffles "manipulation tweet" seems to fit in with fb's research in that areas around Arc's licenses have been taken up by a Colin Bird related company (African Pioneer) What the "manipulation" is will no doubt become clear through our Zambian lawyers.The good news is that it seems that they are not targeting our licenses because there is nothing there.Bully boy tactics have not resulted in Arc backing down as they expected,and are becoming increasingly more desperate on many fronts. After we have put the rubbish out normal accelerated service can resume. Next week's court case and the AGM will be key for me.

@Long and small-I agree with elements in both of your posts but feel that annoyingly one of the major factors at play here is the legals-which you will have seen became more involved in Ruffles post last Friday,and seen the extraordinary efforts that some strange troll like posters go to on here.I don't know ,but feel the reason for no announcements is because we want to negotiate and progress from a position of strength and it will be our choice to get the rubbish out of the way before we progress.I do know that apart from the "time consuming" legals Arc are very busy and making extremely good progress on matters related to the main business of the company.
