@edzi,it's all there- Of course CB could disprove it,but it's not usual for them to do something without good reason. Shamwana are Arc's lawyers in Zambia handling other cases-not sure if this allegation is totally separate or directly linked-but because of same lawyer my hunch would be linked-enough from me-take care GL

As much as you don't want JLP mentione Ella-I have posted the tweet (for info) on their site (I would want to know,and I couldn't see you telling them!)-I hope you haven't taken any money for your endeavors-maybe just collusion then ? @Teaye-my 12.51 copy of a tweet is the only link so far ,but Shamwana are the law firm handling the original case against Mushy and Chisler so not sure if this will be used as supporting evidence or a separate case-There must also be ramifications in the UK as well-Couldn't make it up !

@Slurms-yes,we will now be in a position to take action against all those named and associated with their "unethical" and therefore probably illegal behaviour-the funny thing is that Ella has (probably knowingly) supplied more than enough information and recently crossed a line- Ironic really that Bird is the theme again :-)))))))))

If Glencore get our Nickel with it's wonderful ESG credentials at the same price as the other polluting Indonesian and Russian etc.rubbish around the world then they will be able to charge a decent premium for their product-they won't need a discount from us. Let's not forget what quality product we will have here ! I still think we will get taken out early,but am open to all outcomes.
