I thought about what you said Nordic " Mumene is already eager to negotiate, in a few weeks for a bargain" - He and others did (and are still trying) their damnedest to bring this company to it's knees and by doing that would have quite happily have destroyed a lot of honest savings/investment for a lot of shareholders on here.Now through their own greed and dishonest dealings he and others will be dealt with by the courts, so No sod him- in this life ,you reap what you sow !

Interesting take Nordic,I think it's too late for a deal for Mushy and damages and costs will also be pursued. To do any sort of deal now would send the wrong message.Just my view.

@Teaye-there are very few guarantees in life and much less on AIM.But as you say we are invested in an exploration company with significant deposits of a much sought after commodity.Making projects/companies work comes down to the people trying to do it-Many explorers sell out at the first sniff of an offer, which we have not done, and then if you wanted some real proof of the resolve of our BoD you need do no more than see the result in the Zambian court today (I expect similar next week).Most CEO's would have panicked and negotiated the claims and tried to broker an agreement even though it would have been giving in to extortion. We are cash rich , in control and have a lot of exciting news to come.

Could it get any worse-IT JUST DID- I have just found this !Arc Minerals has commenced proceedings in the English High Court against Terra Metals (MM) for a declaration that Terra has breached the warranties contained in an agreement between the two parties relating to the sale of shares in Zambian mining company Zamsort Limited (“Zamsort”) by Terra to Arc. The warranties in question related to the existence of any liability between Zamsort and Terra or its connected persons. In March 2021 Terra and a number of its connected persons brought spurious proceedings against Zamsort in the Zambian courts, making a number of claims against Zamsort, in breach of the warranties given by Terra. Terra’s solicitors in London have admitted that the warranties given by Terra were obviously and plainly incorrect but argue that Terra gave the warranties without the benefit of legal advice. Arc, on advice from its own legal advisors, does not consider this is a viable defence and expects to succeed in its claim against Terra and be awarded damages and legal costs. and just to top it off “MM‘s defence is “no legal advice sought on the biggest transaction he’s ever done ” You really couldn't make it up !

With the assets we have, and full financing on the cusp of being completed-it would be staggering if there weren't many offers put on the table on a regular basis-for which I presume they are all told we are not willing to consider anything until x date-we will have had many provisional offers in many forms, as deposits like these are very rare,and the company line will be a consistent xyz. Not long now !
