Hi Teaye-I have no single link to the rubbish,it is just a case of sling enough mud and some will stick (they hope) the MM(Mickey Mouse?)leverage/compensation claim of $5.8m has not (yet) been pursued by the claimant as he knows it's rubbish, He was hoping Arc would settle but underestimated the BoD, and once he has been to court in the upcoming criminal case-he may well be looking at paying cost and damages as well as a bit of "bird"-he is a definite case of "ambition overtaking ability"-it's just a shame he is associated with Arc,but as was agreed recently "if he wasn't here ,we may not own the 62% that we own to-date"

Hi Teaye,you have the wrong end of the stick,we are not waiting for something to be thrown out- On Wednesday, the first culprit will be facing charges initially brought by us, and subsequently taken up by the MOJ- apparently the govt.do not look favourably on actions such as theirs (deliberate misrepresentation amongst other things I believe)-I think at least one defendant will go AWOL and probably sentenced "in absentia"

Hi Piggy,I wouldn't normally bother to reply to you as I find your posts repetitive and negative to the point of childish trolling which always makes me wonder about the mental stability of the poster.At least some of the other trolls have the personal experience of loss,and trying to stay out of prison as an objective. As far as I am concerned,I see no "dark clouds",but hurdles to overcome,mainly human and political ones. If you were observant you would notice that the bulk of my posts are market related and I am super positive about the future of copper.Within this market,I am confident that we have mega assets and that Nick and the board are on the verge of making huge steps to unlock some of that potential.As far as me encouraging family and a friend to invest-most of us are still in profit and the others soon will be-that's AIM,sometimes you have to take an early position and have the strength of your own convictions . I still don't get trolls,it's a waste of time and very,very sad !
