Very strange that a family would come onto a social media site and create a circus in order to defend their kin,because anything said on here does not matter a toss ! And on the subject of court costs Ella-we will be getting ours back from whichever country we have to go to for retrieval.No amount of stalling or negotiating is going to make this go away for Mushy and his cronies.

Not another Court Case? Your list is getting a bit to long to be genuine. How did you just find a $560m investor after 12 years for this power project... just before facing a jail sentence LOL. No wonder why you didn’t show up yesterday;).
Trying to repatriate money from your network of LLC companies over in the States back into Zambia is one big red flag now for sec.gov... frankly no investor would join a crook for that amount after DD. That so called 'big' investor is yourself.
Sorry to say your two rent boys(Gavin Cornish and ChinaBlue) on Twitter gave the game away a few weeks ago. Which is why I investigated down the rabbits hole.
Before my BIG reveal (next post) I have two notices for you personally:-
1) Let me say on behalf of all genuine holders (LTH) of Arc Minerals... you have turned an investment opportunity into something worthy of a 60 Minutes program into your criminal activities/network.
Which FB believes started at both; 'Alliance Resources Ltd' and 'Kalaba Mine Ltd'. You started hoodwinking the local Chinese Co's with your mining opportunities on your under developed licenses. And after that you went international in the hope to find investors for your own IPO.
2) Emailed the National Assembly of Zambia this weekend (info@parliment.gov.zm). Stating that NO National sensitive infrastructure projects, could ever be awarded to an established fraudster like you. With supporting information and your business structures around the world (LLC/LTD.). Not to mention the list of court cases you have been accumulating locally/internationally.
I see from ChinaBlue’s constant postings over on Twitter that you have not told him yet!... on why you moved your political affiliations back over to the Patriotic Front. Knew something was up when you started publicising the PF evangelical leader out of the blue. Who the **** in their right mind would goes to the British embassy on your ****ing behalf Mushinge?... if not for a political power play.
Which you know you can’t win... suns out guns out... it would seem;)

The cash would obviously be welcome Kully,but the fact that a guilty verdict will enable the removal of Mushy's ability to be a director of any meaningful company,and anyone else even contemplating doing DD would immediately withdraw, has an awful lot of appeal.
