@Seis-I think that the comment re Mushy conversations/ would have been for the benefit of the court process (or the Zam govt),as the courts and govt. will not want "intransigence ",but the chances of him being able to afford a deal make the cases look "nailed on".........."without merit" "have no merit" and "breach of warranties" and "The Zambian govt.are fully aware of the no merit cases" were key phrases for me.

Ella,I really do admire anyone defending their family or friends,but when fantasy is spouted on a regular basis it just makes for a numbing effect.
