You don't seem to want to answer questions Mushy so I'll make it simple,just one this time "Will you attend court ?" as for my knowledge and the truth-I am an open book,and willing to answer any questions to the best of my ability (limited as it is) -I am pro ARC,the management and their assets as you were when you held your shares and you sung the praises of the license areas and the present management,and then as you do-you got a bit too clever- All this screaming on social media is because you are very ,very worried-as you should be ! Will you attend your court date to defend as you put it the Mickey Mouse case ?

I repeat TP1 is Mushy,and he would like everyone to sell their shares to try and ruin a company that he used to hold 16% of. 8% was squandered when he tried to con investors in a gold deal and the rest he pawned and tried to get back again.Rather defeating the theory that he didn't want Arc shares.he then entered into a deal (MOU) with Birdie (Ellas mate) (to wrestle the absolutely worthless licenses from Arc) that Birdie got sacked for and JMG won't answer questions about. Absolutely nothing is his fault and no stupid investment decisions were ever made by him. Trafigura are liars and he has never done anything illegal :-)) Where are you Mushy and will we see your pretty face in court on your re-arranged date-or is cowardice not just something you accuse other people of ?
