Not a lot mentioned on it Ella. Just that they are very focused on Zambia and was too good to refuse the opportunity in KCB as Remy has had eye on it for couple years.

APR I was on the call and NvS repeated it all to be honest.
I had an email to say it's been posted but I checked the link earlier and it's dated Feb so obv an error.

If they wanted a placing they'd have out one away already, doesn't mean cash won't be raised that way but they're clearly looking so would prefer an alternative approach.
Also, I take comfort in the fact we are a producer needing cash to produce during a copper bull cycle. We're not raising to simply explore for a year and rinse and repeat.
Anyway, it's a hold for me. I won't average up ATM unless any other holdings go pop while its low.

For the 150k part sale of Ditau we got 35,714,286 pow shares l. Anyone know of we disposed I can trawl through RNS'. Anyway assuming we haven't they'll be worth 850k now too. Not shabby

I know you've done a lot of work on researching the changes to ARCMs licences. We also know that NvS said it's in relation to potential commercial transaction. I was just wondering, is it possible to summarise the changes you've found and make any assumptions from it?

Seiz, Im familiar with the kcb due to Kavango who has a 100% owned prospect there. Potentially a Norilsk asset. Defo a very highly prospective area of the world and I can see why Remy was hoping to get something there.
Although obviously as NvS said it's 99% focused on Zambia at the moment, and obviously rightly so.

Ella, I think my take on what he said was they looked at the costs they were slightly higher, then they had the opportunity in the KCB and Remy basically said on the call it was either they raise with a couple % dilution at company level but ensure they are fully covered and confident to fund the roadmap, or they waited so he decided to be more cautious and raise so they could execute as needed.
Not a great reason but I don't think it's sinister. Anyway that's the line given

Commercial transaction comments
? Restricted as obv in active neg.
? No of meetings with AA – all v.encouraging. ARCM have been clear in setting out what ARCM need & are clearly pushing for an attractive deal.
? AA looking at some ‘key issues’ ARCM had raised for and its with AA.
? Still under EA until 14th July – meanwhile they have been re-organising licences and not much can be said until finalised but ‘it is in relation to a potential commercial transaction’.
? Had yet another approach by another interested party
? Takes place against the encouraging backdrop of copper prices.

Drilling
? About to start airbourne survey - 3 weeks time. (has closer line spacing to assist with drill targets
? Results of the above should be mid to late June and will inform some of the drilling strategy.
? New driller on cost efficient basis – 2-3 weeks to start but still some rains.
? Start drilling in Fwiji then Cheyeza- 8000 metre (18 drills at 500 metres) to try target what they believe are deeper targets.
? Don’t expect results every week as this will be deeper around 500 metres.

CE plant
? Sent 40kg of samples to South Africa, being assessed, results due in next few days.
? Appointed consultancy to assist. Once known will have a small jorc resource.
? Scoping Study by around mid June.
? Had interest in good position to look at external financing – if all well that we ‘could’ be in production by third quarter of next year.
? Capex 10 million dollars. At current prices (10k a ton) would generate 60 million dollars 35 million FCF

CASA
? Very pleased with deal as more upfront and upfront milestone payment and also secured.
? Good group backed by people who are experienced and know what they are doing in DRC.
