Not specifically but we've obviously compared with those closer geographically. I'm aware of metal tiger, their CEO and KCB. However not so much with their project.
What's made you think of that comparison, anything interesting, and have you?

Indeed Fulmar. That said we need to hit with a drill pre auction. Hopefully they are throwing it down deep in the right spots.
If we're going for that then we don't want an AA offer just yet, let's get the drill bits in first and start getting results. Or indeed hope that AA are indeed waiting for more confirmation during these drills.

I mostly agree small holding. Generally speaking I'd also expect NvS to decline a further extension. Although I'd also not expect one to be required.

Or I should say, a further full extension. The only way I see an extension now (and even then I'm not sure it would be agreed by NvS) is if it's for a specific reason conditional only to finalising a deal and also that any such concession would be for minimal duration (weeks not months) e.g. governance, contractual, etc etc.

If Arcm needed further drill results and didn't have them then join the queue albeit they'd have a headstart against competition.

As I said I'm not suggesting this is likely, or required, but I like to keep broadly open to these things.

Either way in the scheme of things not long to wait.

Yes I'd considered the KCB asset drill costs also. As you say could come from any full sale or payment into the topco from AA.

I'm not sure if they've done anything really on the new asset yet, obv it's a less strategic asset ATM. I'm also aware in Botswana you need to apply for a licence before you can sink a drill. That's takes a little while I believe (not fully sure of lead time but weeks/months) so that'll be a pre-requisite. As to how much detail you need (depths, locations etc) I'm not sure how detailed that application has to be so they may need to do some AEM survey or ground exploration before they can apply.

In any event, it's all a wait and see game. Not long now. KCB can ce in due course lol.

Otherwise they were progressive changes in updates following further work. Which as we know we're the things like..

I was trying to see if I could crack any morse code around the AA deal. I did cling onto a little of the terminology used where NvS has said ARCM went back with 'certain priorities that we need' and wondered if by the term priorities he may have meant the CE production so we can get self funding from our own production.
I do have a feeling that this will be part of any deal e.g perhaps capex and ensuring that it remains a 'priority' overall even though it's perhaps not value adding to AA. I sense it's going too be more JV based and obv ARCM would really benefit from that FCF to fund their part of the exploration.

That said I've as much idea on that as anyone and speculating really as he could equally have meant priorities in terms of shareholder value but I didn't get that vibe. Albeit we know he is definitely aiming to maximise shareholder returns from the deal as he has already said this.

Interesting I'm just listening to the Feb CC before I relisten to the recent one.
In Feb NvS says about the AA deal 'suffice to say aby deal we do will have to provide significant value from where we sit today'.

When you look at the price on 15th Feb we were pretty much bang on where we sit today.
Nothing new but just worth revisiting that comment and as I looked I thought I'd share :)

Re the above I couldn't agree more. I also see kav as so far under the radar off most atm. I think we likely need the drills in ground but we are in the right postcode lots of interest in our geographical location. Can't wait to get results.

Thought we may have seen a little more action today but in some ways I'm glad we haven't. I'd like to build position to 0.5% of the stock. I know several here have more but that's proportionally about right for me. So Id like about another half million shares or so.

Longfell I think the fact they've made licences changes support the confidence they have in a potential deal. I think they decided to do those in the anticipation (albeit not certainty) of a deal.
AA has certainly made an offer and as you say NvS has said to AA what we 'need' from the deal.
That is now with AA. I've got no doubt that both AA and ARCM are willing this to happen.
The question really is if AA are willing to meet the demands of ARCM. If they don't then sobeit it's good to not see NvS bending over (or even bending forward) for AA.
I'm 75% on the view a deal gets done. The 25% is only on the basis of the fact NvS isn't giving it away which is a good thing in itself.
Whilst no deal may cause a short dip in price here if it's the best in the mid term then that's fine.
We know we have others interested and I wouldn't mind a bit of healthy competitive interest to focus the minds on an even more attractive offer.
I think the worse outcome in my mind would be us letting AA extend the EA again. If AA need more the let them have it without those protections to increase the urgency and the risk too them. That may help them sharpen the pencil a bit more.

Also just so this doesn't get in noticed from the RNS re the JV with POW

'There are plans to IPO Kanye Resources plc on a recognised stock exchange.'

That will be great capital raising event to help pay to sink the drill bit.

It also makes it nice and clean when we sell up KAV down the line after finding the Norilsk of Botswana haha

Botswana is the place to be ATM. Lots of interest there and. For good reason.

I personally feel the rise ahead of this is likely no coincidence, people knew :)

KAV are working methodically and it feels like they are moving with speed and intent.

They say they are looking to drill later this year so that will be major depending on the results.
The fact Kav was established by a bunch of geologists warms me....
We will likely be 1-2 x higher if not more before we get drill results imo.

And this is just the JV areas with POW.....the KSZ is expected to be the main 'Norilsk' style event.

Absolutely Cornish knocker totally agree there. Focus on upgrade Ming and get an earn in commitment so that LD can be progressed with expenditure commitments from the JV partner etc

As based on your sentiment maybe it's time to sell if you're not confident. It's fine to have that view im sure you're not alone but trust your own judgement otherwise it's pointless.
If you dont act on your own view why would anyone give credibility to your posts (which imo lack context and any insight at all).
If however you are invested, I assume you also see this as a great opportunity longer term, like others believe.

If you want people to be respectful etc you need to demonstrate those same behaviours yourself.
If you want to be divisive and overtly negative with persistent new negative threads I'm afraid you're not helping yourself or this board.
You've made your point. Consider it acknowledged. It's just that there are more here who see the great potential.

The markets generally are looking for a support point DJ. It's not exactly a thriving market day..or week...
RMM are holding well around here all things considered. Rather than painful for the spiked I'd say great opportunity for everyone at this price..
Especially those who saw an opportunity at a higher price to lower their average, or for new entrants.

I agree with many here I'm not expecting a placing (but won't bet my house ok that as wtf knows and it's still an option so..)
However I do feel the preference will be an alternative such as those already mentioned. Ideally a JV though that does make most sense and tie into the line in the RNS but that'll depend on stage of any discussion and cash required (how much and when).
Anyway all good here imo. Just await next news and then everyone can hopefully kiss and Makeup.

Yep, all good here and as and when ('fingers crossed') drilling confirms what everything else suggests resembles Norilsk style assets then it's on. Will defo have a major(s) engaged.
At this market cap the potential is incredible imo. Not guaranteed and all that obviously but I'm happy I've got a fairly good position here already.
