That's a telling use of words Peggy. As if you were invested, which given the nature of your posts etc many have doubted, your have said good luck everybody, I think we'll need it.

I do agree in this case that I'd enjoy an RNS to clarify to the market.

Nttg, don't take this the wrong way but contemplationn of £1 a share (£100 post consolidation) within the next few years is beyond realistic. That values RMM at nearly 11 billion. I'm bullish here but need an element of real world. lol

As has been said this consolidation is all about reducing shares in issue, and in turn increasing the price of each share.
Many dislike such a large share circulation and a sub 1p share price can be prohibitive and carry a negative perception.
RMM obviously issued lots of shares when recapitalising/financing as part of their turnaround plan and this consolidation is simply the next step for RMM to (rightly) want to make the shares as accessible and attractive to as many as possible.

Regarding your previous experience of a consolidation, I'm not sure how a consolidation alone would cause a drop in your stock value from £3k to £800, as typically after a consolidation your shares monetary value before and after the corporate event would be the same. The only difference being the number of shares held would decrease, while the price proportionally increases to ensure you maintain that same value (proportionally to the rest of the share register) etc.

Another reason companies consolidate (but NOT why RMM are) is if the share price falls below it's nominal share value e.g 1p, 10p, £1 or whatever that nominal value per share is that company cannot issue new shares below their nominal value.
So if a company is trading at 0.05p but has a nominal value per share of 0.1p they can't raise new capital via a placing. By consolidating they increase the price per share, which allows them to raise said capital.
This is what can give a consolidation a bad perception and may have a dilutive impact on your personal position.

Anyway it's not the case here but may help clarify. I'm definitely supportive of this consolidation and the reasons behind it are all good.

I agree with Guile tbh.

It's a great market. Seems to be potentially a great business. To be clear I've always thought bids have billion mcap potential, and still do!
However, sadly if outgoings are less than incomings, especially in a yet to be fully established market a business needs an avenue for capital investment. In the case of Bids I'm not aware of anything other than using the stock markets to raise this via a placement of new shares. After all that's why companies and bids float in the first place.

Based on the burn rate and cash balance of about £2.7 million in Jan I'm personally still of the view the price could fall a bit more before it rises, as imo a raise will be needed. Probably between now and 8 weeks.

That said at this £20m market cap I do see bids as a decent offering at today's price, long term (providing successful) I think anything at this mcap won't be considered a bad move.
Also news may land to drive the price up ahead of any capital raise, that's entirely possible.

Nothing wrong in people having different views as that's what makes these boards work. It's important to challenge our own views.

I can see why bottumzup is very confident and bullish here and also why some think a cheaper opportunity may be available to invest, or why they may decide to wait until increased revenue. After all that's our personal investing risk appetites and choices.

In any event I think most see potential here longer term.

Rocktapper, yes will have to wait and see if any news is released ahead of the call . Its defo not out the question as obviously news is due at some stage

However, I'm staying very open to it not being the big one. For some reason I fancy NvS to issue the big RNS first, then follow up with an RNS on an investor call after, but thats by no means anything more than my conjecture.

At the least though, and importantly I think is that i'm sure ARCM can talk more about, and cover off, some of the broader theories etc. They will be able to cover much more of that off as most of its been in news releases etc. Clearly the benefit of the investor call is that you get a more rounded and broader discussion, q&a etc rather than what can be slightly cryptic and unclear written RNS'.

Either way, it will be good to have the call and see whatever it turns out to be. I'm sure all the key points will be asked albeit they won't divulge much around AA (unless an RNs lands first).

Steve, all the grades are decent that was obv the headline one as it's just stupid grade. Most copper is low grade and all the grades reiterated in the quarterly report are strong imo.

Decent enough grades and from surface, improving on way down. Lots more exploration here but at this mcap. With those grades.

I won't complain.

I'm staying broadly open minded on this one. It could be as you say, or it could be more of a stay with us/pre season gen update vibe.
Either way, engagement is good and may put to bed some broader theories on licences, new companies, the court thing, exploration start etc etc etc

Steve, im in both personally and they have good grades from surface. Anyway, both attractive but different.

RMM is a large play for me ATM though as it offers more returns and lower risk at this present time, given what we all already know. I won't regurge..

Registered. Personally if I didn't believe them I wouldn't be here. I am working on the basis that the team are making decisions they think provide the best outcome for the business, and this for shareholders.
At times like these things are a little more fluid and news is a little less given inside nature.
Just my view though.

In 2022, underground ore is targeted at a consistent and sustainable mining rate of 2,000 tonnes per day which supports an increase of annualised production to 11,500 tonnes of copper metal in concentrate.

203Heath - Re the copper concentrate in 2022 as mentioned by someone else they are engaged in design of ore sorting.
Here is an extract rather than writing in my own words....

As you can see I wasn't sure as I had a niggle it wasn't in addition to. I agree re them looking too use elsewhere like Littledeer, it's just pragmatic.
